Cricket Whites also known as flannels were traditionally made from wool. Whites are worn for Internationals, Tests and T20 matches but coloured pyjamas are worn for games like The Hundred which is a lot more fun to watch. I had some news today from the Eye Hospital I attend - I am being registered as Severely Sight Impaired (Blind), my driving days are well and truly over now but I have had some interesting drives from being a rally driver, chauffeurring in fancy Rolls Royces and Bentleys to pootling around for fun in my old Yaris (long since gone to be recycled). Now Barry, you have to put up with me sitting on your bunk peering out of the window lol. I enjoyed the trip today seeing vintage cars, helicopters, fabulous bridges and beautiful Cumbria.

I didnt know you could go that way with wagon but i think i would just rather stick with the traffic but each to there own :) . I remember a night diversion through bowes was total gridlock .

I think cricketers wore white as its a summer game so doesnt absorb the heat. Also think it was generally quite a upper class game back in the day, so they weren't worried about stains, and became a tradition. I might be totally wrong though!
