Li-Sa-X is the smaller (and younger) of both guitarists, she is a guitar prodigy blowing people's minds from when she was really young. She turned 18 years old last year and released her first album in 2017, when she was 13 years old. The other guitarist is Hazuki from Nemophila. The Li-Sa-X band split up last year, they reformed as KOIAI with a different vocalist. Li-Sa-X also split with Sony as a label, so that might be why the name had to change. All videos for both bands are still on Li-Sa-X's youtube channel I believe. They were a 3-piece band with studio musicians, the same goes for KOIAI. KOIAI has only just started but they have been touring with Japanese 20-year old Jazz/Fusion prodigy drummer Kanade Sato and I believe the bass player they toured with was Li-Sa-X's brother. I don't know if the other 2 are also playing on the EP. This track is also not really my style of music and I am curious if KOIAI is going to be similar (they are going to release their first EP in April), it might be very poppy as well if the tiny teaser they posted is anything to go by. That said, I am always blown away by both guitarists and I am probably going to order the EP just to see what's what knowing that I might not enjoy it.

"Lisa-X" is the girl with the amber burst Ibanez. She's, of course, a prodigy. The guitarist with the blue burst Ibanez is none other than Nemophila guitarist, Hazuki. My thought when I first heard this is that Lisa-X's style is very Paul Gilbert-esque. Rumor has it that she's actually studied under Paul Gilbert. What lends credibility to the rumor is that Billy Sheehan laid down the bass track for their other song, "One More Chance is Enough". The singer's name is Rina. When I first showed this to my wife, her comment was: "That girl needs to go to Nashville". I think she's right! This project is no longer a thing, but Hazuki and Lisa-X have a new project going now called KOIAI.

I've seen the name around but never checked them out before. I think one of the Guitar player's is Hazuki (Guitarist for Nemophila). That would explain why she's so good. 🤘✌

I like it great guitar player she has some seriously good skills nice female vocals and yeah I noticed that there is no bass player or drummer but still very good music. John, I was going to jump on and give you some background but I am late to the party. Other commenters have done a very good job. Lisa-X was indeed a child prodigy on guitar and Hazuki of Nemophila was the other guitarist (I see Nemophila live in less than two weeks). If you want to know how good Lisa-X was in 2017 at age 12 there is a video of a group of female guitarists brought together by Saki of Nemophila at the Naon no Yaon festival. Besides Saki and Lisa-X there is Tomo-zo of Gacharic Spin (dressed as her Metallic Spin alter ego), Yui of Cynthia (which unfortunately broke up the next year), session guitarist Yashiro and on the drums is Tamu Murata of Nemophila.
