This is the best thing I've heard from either of the Gallagher brothers in years. It's groovy, rocking, catchy and weird in a cool way. Liams vocals sound amazing. The guitar riff on the chorus is almost something you could dance to, which is not something you'd normally say about music from a Gallagher. The music video is just as great, how cool doesn't Liam look in this? Who knew he could act? Playing this for the 7th time in a row or something now. Play it now, and play it loud. So hyped to see him perform live at Bergenfest on the 14th.

You can tell he worked with a pop producer on the hooks, but it actually suits him quite well, and ends up soundling like a logical next step after "Dig Out Your Soul" (I disregard BE, I find it a bit hackneyed). Noel will always be the "author" half of Oasis, but judging by this single it sounds like little brother has found some other co-writers who know how to bring forward his charisma

Thanks a lot mate, I appreciate it. I've heard that the second Beady Eye record was a bit stronger...I believe it was self-titled?? I only ever really listened to the first one, and at the time it just sounded to me like sort of half-developed Oasis tunes, or like, missing a spark, or summat. But then again, a lot of people despise mid-period Oasis albums like "Standing On" or "Heathen Chemistry" and I absolutely love some tracks on those, so to each their own. Would you say the second album was better than the first one, though?

mywhychromosome yeah that's the Album I was referring to, 'BE', it's actually a decent album in my book; if you've ever had a passing interest in the Beatles or Oasis then it's not abad album to have on in the summer. Sounds pleasant with a poppy/psychedelic kick to it. Keep the dream alive.

I've said it before ill say it again. Best comeback in music history and here's why. 1. After probably being main reason for oasis splitting he was made to look like the bad guy 2. After noel having a successful start to his solo career people were talking about noel more 3. After beady eye in my opinion not hitting certain height it appeared liam was out for the count. But after this first single and a very successful solo debut album and tour and comeback at the one love gig especially with his brother not showing that day it seems and again its in my opinion that Liam has stood up to be counted for. That's why In my opinion its probably one of the best comebacks in music In the last year and a half or maybe longer. Again highlight in my opinion. Others would disagree

Antonio Lagos Noel writes all his songs. Wall of Glass was written by Greg Kurstin not Liam. He just sings what other person created.

If anything, it was Noel who wanted to burn Oasis to the ground, he was the one that left and said before the split there'd be no new Oasis album for at least 5 years, and that all the members should do their own projects. Liam, Gem & Andy all disagreed with this, that's why they stuck together and formed Beady Eye afterwards.

Liam's been my hero since I was 6 years old! i was assigned by the teacher to play the tambourine and everyone laughed at me, saying it's the most useless thing to do in a play. came home bummed out, cartoons weren't working, channel surfed and saw Liam playing the fucking tambourine and everyone was cheering at their gig. loved him ever since, I'm 26 now.

When Oasis split, many people thought 'that would be the last we would see of Liam', because we had the perception that Noel was holding the band together. How wrong the critics were. Liam has proven himself to be a refined talent that absolutely will not be suppressed. In my opinion he is the personification of rock and roll. Long live the king.

The personification of rock'n'roll? Yeah - I can see that. Rock and roll today isn't a patch on what it used to be. A faded reflection of the energy and power rock and roll had in it's heyday - a time which is long past. Pretty much sums up Liam... I'd rather just listen to some Oasis tracks from back in the day.

Nicholas Hill josh homme, flea, thome yorke, chad smith, Brian Johnson, Matthew Bellamy and the late Chris .C and many more a far more technically advanced musicians, experienced, emotional, energetic and just in general better rockers than this guy and probs his brother .... After listening to some songs, yes they're gd, but theyre getting far to much praise for what they are, they're ur average musician when it comes to there solo stuff. . . Same templates over and over

Jack Sandi-Edwards - The ONLY ones on your list I'd say are technically advanced are Josh Homme and Matthew Bellamy. But Chad Smith? A guy who basically hits things for a living? Unless he's writing songs for RHCP then I'd understand. But good R&R to me is less about being technical and more about keeping things simple. It's all about feel, something Liam and Noel have in spades.

W. G. Hmmm, I said chad smith coz of his personality, and he is easily one of the best drummers around since he is originally jazz oriented..... Simple to an extent, I find that especially with Liam, he'll keep it so simple it becomes pop....Rock is abt not giving a fuck abt other ppls opinions abt u, in a way that leaves u to explore and try new styles and ignoring negative criticisms.......with these guys tho I find it to be the same old stuff over and over, it gets boring....like with royal blood, first album, fucking amazing, second album it's gd but not much has changed...with the third Ik I want something new......i couldn't listen to an album of liams back to back
