Absolute amazing teq buy Josh hill, suburb timing and flow, hard with the kick but easy on the head. Nico seems just frustraded and trying to swing. Sparring IQ Josh 10/10

It always seems nuts to me that pros do heavy head sparing, go to town on the legs and body for sure but be kind to your brain... Anyway each to their own I guess.

Normal people like myself sometimes have moment where you think, yeah, I could do that. Then you see these fuckers fight/train and remind yourself that you're better off in an office lol

That's what I thought, too. While I do agree that a hard sparring every once in a while has its benefits, for everyday training I clearly prefer not taking these kind of short and long term injury risks. And in a playful sparring I usually get to evolve and improve much more.
