Out of the three brothers, Gelo’s story is without a doubt the most inspiring. Got dropped from UCLA, powered through it. Draft didn’t go the way he wanted to, so he worked even harder. Rooting for this guy.

He wasn't dropped by UCLA. He was still able to attend school. They needed some form of disciplinary action to show that they don't approve their players going over seas and stealing in other countries. Not good representation. So for Gelo, that was the move that had to be done. It was karma and you could say he's still paying for it which is good. It will bypass eventually. Sentences don't last forever. It's even more dumb because they had enough money to get those glasses and his brother was in the NBA at that point. But oh well

@@aguythatsrandom He wasn't dropped from UCLA. The university wanted to suspended him and his DAD refused and sent him and Lamello to Lithuania...So no his story is not that inspiring but I respect his grind to get in the league.

just by looking at Gelo you can tell not only how humble but hardworking he is. Doesnt seem to let the fame and media get to him he knows his purpose, gift and role. If you dont want to see this man succeed you a straight hater and that is just sad. Cheers to the ball family hope to see these guys dominating together soon especially Melo & Gelo shits just too exciting & thats coming from someone who doesnt even play basketball like that just the ethic and grind of these guys not only entertains but motivates me so much

Big facts. Definitely always been a casual (very casual) fan of basketball, but watching these guys inspires me in my career and gives me motivation to keep going. People talking down on him or really anyone who striving for greatness weird asf to me.

@@yngkody Straight facts man!! I grew up with allot of basketball lovers in my family even friends too who would talk crap cause they said i was tall but wouldnt play. Never really played much till this day but i fell in love with watching it casually just like you said and it just motivates me so much seeing how hard some of these guys work in the league nowadays and even in the past. Truly inspiring seeing their grind and how they handle so much pressure too. If people ain't inspired then idk what to say man cause seeing these guys makes me just wanna go harder in life towards everything i approach.
