That's never the first option if you desire all round welfare for your people. Daksa means maximization of good. Minimisation of bad. Is seeing an entire community of people as bad a good idea? Instead we should try to reach out to the Vikarnas. Vikarna was the only one from the Kauravas who opposed the disrobing of Draupadi. If we have to learn from the Puranas, learn from Prahlad and Hiranyakasipu. Even though his whole family was of demons, Prahlad was a devotee of Vishnu and sided with dharma. Vibhisan was a demon by birth, but by action and qualities he was dharmik. Everywhere there are people who have demon like nature and devata like nature. Hindus don't need to hate Islam. We only need mutual respect. You follow your dharma. We will follow ours. And we will do this together on this land. That requires work from all sides.
