As military action against migrant smugglers continues, the Libyan authorities are playing a chaotic cat and mouse game with an endless tide of migrants and are tiring of their role as Europe's border control.
"They drove 115 of us to the coast in trucks. We slept there one night. The next day in the morning we left for Italy by boat." Like hundreds of thousands of others, Ibrahim put his life in the hands of organised smugglers. They were picked up by Libyan patrols. Now he is being held at one of many detention centres near Libya's coastline. The sheer numbers at these centres is evidence of the Libyan authorities' considerable efforts to control migration; but the strain on resources is apparent. "You have to feed them all. Sometimes you wonder: wouldn’t it be better to let them go to Europe," says General Abdelbaset Marwan of government taskforce Libya Dawn.

You call a country that's the size of France but only has 10 million people overpopulated lol? You both apparently have no clue what is happening in Somalia. It has a recognized parliament, president and institutions. It's not under islamic rule but a federal one. While trying to rebuild a country from 24 years of civil war it is also fighting Al Shabaab terrorist in the south. The stream of refugees has slowed down over the past 8 years from Somalia. Over the past several years nearly 100.000 Somali's went back. I suggest you stop trying to fix new problems with old information. Most refugees are Ethiopian, Eritreans and Senegalese. Go look up the public records that have been published.

So you ONLY understand that the words "OVERPOPULATION" means to you that there are more people living in a land than a country can support eh? Please comprehend the entire sentence I wrote. I used the words "overpopulation" versus no industries = disaster I based my comment on the this video and plus my experienced while I was living in Africa for three years. So you don't believe what these people on this video said that these 400 illegal migrants are from Somalia then, therefore, you suggested that me and Robin McAra look up the public records. Please face the reality that these illegal migrants are from Somalia! You tried to ignore the truth and do your best to discredit this video as you called it as an "Old Information" by denying that the criminals (illegal migrants) aren't Somalians. You should upload your own video showing Ethiopian, Eritreans and Senegalese as illegal migrants instead of Somalian to please your ego.

The demographic of Africa, Iraq, Syria, Lybia & so on just won't physically fit, hello! When Muslims outnumber us in 10-15 years (due to a British family having approx 2.6 kids to Muslim 6-8 kids) these are the very people who will go with the flow when Sharia is implemented worldwide, that is the Islamists goal btw so thinking from that viewpoint all this is worrying. You hear nothing but people telling us how good the Sharia is yet everyone who's in one of these magical Islamic countries is running for their lives smh ppl don't seem to care, we need to stop ISIL while we still can, what is they have nukes? O stupid, these immigrants are not Albanians and most of them are Christians. They used the unstable situation of Libya, which was destroyed by the Crusader West, to go to Europe, and there is no Libyan immigrant with them even though the country is in a state of war.

This is a terrible and unfortunate situation,most of these migrants flee from failed states,states failed by the west(mostly Europe),so i feel Libyas pain,they should just let them go to Europe. Europe should take responsibility for the global damage theyve caused over the course of history.

The best thing for the italian coast guard is to return every boat they see with people back to Libya then organise a bus for them to their various country,if they keep on rescue them to italy then this shit won't stop. thanks

EU really need to support Libya, becuase not all immigrant are willing to come to Europe. Some which to stay in Libya to work supposing it's a safe country to live. There's work in Libya and cost of living cost less but the major problem is the Libyan Mafian's who maltreat and enslaved them and make them work hard without payment. They also beleive they weren't part of African, even the whole World know's how complicating it's to live in Libya, so what those Libyan's are saying in this Video is tropical lies....they know the truth and refused to say it.
