Came across this video last night,and did the exercises around 7pm, clean up around the house a bit,and took a shower around 9pm, couldn't fall asleep,so I stayed up watching TV till 2am, got to bed and started to feel cramps,but nothing too painful,as I was adjusting myself to be more comfortable in bed,my water broke...went to the hospital around 4 -30 am,and delivered baby girl at 11.44am...thank you so much for this video...😘

OMG ... Is this a magic? I saw the video 2 days before at 11 am... Then I was only 1 finger dialated for past 2 days! I was in pain... I saw the video and did with the girl ... At 2 pm I ran out to the hospital with extreme pain & at 09 pm I gave birth a baby girl 😮 it was a normal delivery. ... Me & she is absolutely fine & healthy. ... At 10 pm I came back to home with my baby.... Everyone plz pray for us ❤

@@ashleynaomi9379 u can't do that doesn't mean nobody can do ... At the start of the 3rd Trimester I did exercise every single day.... Maybe u are not an active person who does exercise regularly/ u have gained so much extra fat that you barely move/ you are not mentaly strong enough. ... Remember exercise is the best medicine for normal delivery ❤️

Combined this exercise with another. Did once a day for 3 days at 38weeks. Got to hospital at 3PM 6cm dilated. Gave birth at 5PM. No tears, no intense pain, gave birth to my 8.5 pounds baby.

It would be selfish of me if I don’t drop a review. I started this exercise on Wednesday at 40+2 weeks (morning and night) and my little champ came in on Friday after just 3hrs of labor. This exercise doesn’t only help you induce labor, it also speeds it up. Love from Nigeria 🇳🇬 ❤️

Guys, this actually works… When I read the comments on this video which claimed that they went into labour after practising this workout routine, I thought that’s just coincidence May be. But I did this workout anyway for 3 continuous days. End of day 3 I went into labour… I think a lot of factors play a role, I was active throughout my pregnancy, but I cannot ignore the possibility that this workout may have a role to play in inducing my labour. I delivered a healthy baby boy, through natural delivery. Good luck to all mamas out there 🤗

Hi Liel! Came back to say that I was 40 w +4 , doctor was eager to induce, no contractions been felt until then. I did these exercises and ones on the fitness ball 2 days in a row, at 40 w +6 mucus plug broke and contractions started, delivered the baby at 41 weeks! thank you for the exercises and your positivity! Currently 37 weeks with baby #4! I am at a 2 and 70%. I did these stretches, yoga, and ball exercises with my last baby and it was a very fast labor at 38 weeks. I definitely think preparing your body and pelvis helps things go quickly and smoothly! I'd also recommend practicing some meditation and breathing exercises. In the nose for 5, out the mouth for 6 was the #1 tool that helped me have an unmedicated birth with baby #3! We've got this ladies! It's what we're made for! Our bodies are amazing!

I am currently 39 weeks + 1 day- got my cervix checked this morning and was only 1cm dilated. I just did these exercises because I was feeling super tight and now I feel relaxed. I was out of breath and took a bathroom break half way through 😂 Will keep you girls updated!

I'm 40+0, first time mum from Germany. Today, I had a very stressful day because baby wasn't moving enough during the CTG at my gynecologists. She had sent me right over to the hospital to get more tests. I've been doing prenatal yoga and walking during the whole pregnancy and really hope that baby is coming out naturally very soon! I've also started the Miles Curcuit and doing the forward leaning inversion daily to get baby well aligned. Mamas, we can do this! Stay active and positive 👍

I found this video last week and I saved it to do it tonight Sunday, June 16, 2024 (Father's day evening) hoping it would cause me to go into labor on Monday morning. I have a scheduled induction on June 21st. I really don't want to be induced so I planned to do this and the midwives brew. As my husband and I went to the store tonight to grab the ingredients for The midwives Brew, I started signs of early labor before doing anything. However this is my first pregnancy so I know the labor can be long and I'm not having consistent contractions yet so I made and drank the midwife Brew and I just finished doing the exercises in this video. I'm praying everything goes smoothly! ❤️🙏🏻

I was 38 weeks when they told me I was dilated 2cm. So I decided to start doing this exercise that weekend 4x each day. When I went to the doctor that Monday I was almost 4cm 😊. Soon as I left the doctor I did this exercise 4 more times and it worked! My princess was here the following evening. Thank you so much for your inspiration!

I was 39 weeks when I followed your video for 1-2 times a day for 5 days and walked as much as I can. And it worked, I had a short labor until the delivery of my little one just this morning. Took us 4 hrs from intense contractions until my water broke and that was it. He came out at 39 weeks and 4 days. Praise God for this wonderful blessing. ❤️❤❤ I would definitely recommend this to any term expectants moms. I really think this helped my pelvis alot.

38+3, baby girl #3, been working out through half my pregnancy. But started the inducing videos at 37weeks. Started this one yesterday 3x and finished day with the yoga ball one. Did this one 2x today. Been at a 1cm, 40%effaced for a week now. God knows her birthday, I just want to be in good shape when it comes. Bless all you mama's! Been doing this 3x a day and day 2 started contractions from 3pm-3am from 3-30 Mins apart then woke up with nothing. Doing this again day 3 so well see. God's the one in control not me but I'm hoping this encourages her. Baby girl #3

I'm currently 37+6 days I went to the doctor and she sent me to labor and delivery for frequent contractions but my cervix is still closed. Coming back here 5 months postpartum ! I was 38 weeks and was over this whole pregnancy and ready to go into labor. I did this workout routine the day before and the next day I went into labor. I couldn’t believe but this routine worked. Thank you very much 🥰😊❤️

I had heartburn throughout my entire pregnancy that was the only symptom I can remember before I started the exercise.

I did this back in June of 2023 a week before my son was due and YALL - it worked. On top of great physical release, my mucus plug came out 1-2 days into the exercise and I went into painless labor. Went out to eat - bought a new fridge - and then 24 hours later welcomed my son into the world.

This works!!! I did this workout at 12:00 AM on 08/07, took a shower and went to sleep. I did the workout again at 12 noon and began to have contractions varying from 20-30 minutes apart. The contractions were not unbearable. Around 5:30 PM the contractions were around 7 minutes apart and stayed consistent for an hour. I left my house at 7:00 PM and headed to the hospital, which is 5 minutes away from me. I made it just in time… I delivered my baby at 7:27 PM!

I was 38+6 weeks today. I first started these yesterday and did it twice, and then I did it 4 times today my water has been slowly leaking all day and at 8pm/20;00 I am at the hospital 2cm dilated and getting labor going! I can’t wait to see my boy thank you! Edit: I had my baby at 7:30am, only about 8 hours of painful contractions! The day I started these workouts I also put primrose oil up there to help soften the cervix and was drinking raspberry leaf/peppermint tea 😄 my son is now 6 days old and beautifully healthy! I will definitely be using this video for the next pregnancy, thank you!!

@@yousr.a8048 came back to just say the labor and delivery was fast for me! I would say this most likely did help. I started laboring about 9:15ish am. I arrived at the hospital about 1:30, I was 5.5/6cm. Two hours later at 3:30, I was 7/8cm and I got my epidural. By 6:30 I was 9.5cm. The doctor wanted me to get to a full 10. Two hours later I was still only 9.5cm so I told the doctor I wanted to push. So at 8:45ish I pushed pass the lip to get her in the canal. She was born at 9:07pm. I was in labor for 12hrs my shortest labor and I only pushed for 15 mins or so. Everyone kept saying it was so fast. IDK if this exercise had anything to do with it I did ALOT!!! I drank okra water, pineapple juice, raspberry leaf tea, ate dates, ate pineapples, drank a tea from my doula and had herbal pills from my doula as well to help my cervix prepare. Walked about 10 minutes everyday minimum and did the miles circuit once.

I had a membrane sweep at 41 weeks and unmedicated vaginal delivery. I started practicing these exercises everyday along with the Miles Circuit at about 39w5d. The last couple of days I started doing it every 3 hours. Although it didn’t induce my labor, i strongly believe these exercises helped me have a quick and smooth birth experience with one minor MINOR tear (not even enough to be considered 1 degree). When my membrane was swept I was 3cm. Right after, I was in early labor from about 3pm to 10pm. I got to the hospital sometime after 11pm and was 6cm and 80% eff. I had my daughter 3:50am. I only pushed twice in less than a minute and she was born! The only pain I felt after delivery was just from the natural contractions of the uterus going back down. No vaginal pain at all! Even if this does not induce your labor, it can definitely help your birth experience and recovery be a smooth one! Thank you so much for creating this video 🩷

Today makes me 40 weeks but feeling no signs of labor yet. I've been doing sorts of workouts to no avail. Came across this channel today and did the exercises and i feel so relaxed. Helloooo everyone, I'm so glad to bring this wonderful news. I put to birth on the 25th of May after intense workout. I did the exercises morning and evening and on that fateful day when I did it in the evening, I started feeling strong contractions. I went to the hospital at around 7:45 pm. I just know that these exercises were of great help to me. It wasn't easy but then my baby was delivered normally and everything was so successful. Thank you once again Liel.

I literally done one round of this workout on Saturday night before bed 39 weeks +5 days pregnant I went into Labour that night had baby the next day. Definitely help shift baby into the right position x

I tried these exercises at 40+1 weeks and the next day my cervix was open. I had an normal delivery and the labour lasted for 6 hrs. These exercises were effective for me for delivering a full term baby girl .❤️

I just really want to thank youuu! I've watched this video after we went to my OB for Internal Examination, i did this exercise twice and blood showed already. I did this exercise around 6 pm after I took a long walk. Eventually, at 13 midnight, constractions started and successfully gave birth at 6 am. This exercise really helped me. Coming back to this because I tried everything. Bouncing on a yoga ball, dates, raspberry leaf tea, okra water, sex and the only thing I did differently the past week was this workout once yesterday around 4pm at 38w3d and my water ended up breaking at 11pm the same day. Just had my baby today at 5:30am. Thank you. I was so pregnant and miserable

Was at 39 weeks on 22/9/23. Found and Did exercises in the evening of 21/9/23. Also did the squats and waist twisting morning afternoon and evening on 22/9/23. Contractions started around 11am on 23/9/23. Sat through the contractions to braid my hair. Got home and prepared for hospital as contractions were painful and coming on every 5min. Left home at 6:30pm. At the hospital gynae confirmed I was 5cm and was surprised how calm I was. He broke my membranes and said the next 5cm will take 5hours so I shd be augmented at 9pm. I was set. Monitoring contractions became stronger and in less than an hour I started to feel the urge to push. Nurse checked and said baby's head was already in my vajay. Fully dilated!! So I was asked to push if I get the urge to. Baby was out in 2-3 pushes. Baby was born at 8:50pm.

I just want to tell everyone out there that if your body is not ready for labor, you can do as much exercise as you want and nothing will help. I started to do this exercise when I was 37 1/2 week (sometimes doing it 2 times a day) and I will be tomorrow 39 and still waiting.

That's very true, however these exercises are fantastic for loosening the hips and helping pregnant people relax, focus on breathing and centre themselves. All important for labour anyway ❤

I did these exercises a couple days before my due date, and I went into labor the night before 😮! I had my baby right on my due date and barely had to push, so the baby must’ve been in a great position. Not sure if there was a direct link, but we can say there was! Thanks for the video!

I found this vid because of TikTok and I’m gonna just document here to see how well these work lol. I’m currently 37 weeks + 4 days. Yesterday got a cervix check and I wasn’t dilated at all. Did the exercises from this video and 19 minutes from the 30 min yoga video. Went in to labor and delivery today and was about a cm dilated 😮 so it definitely did a little something. Day 2: Getting ready to do it again and see if baby boy starts to make his arrival if he’s ready! Day 3: Mucus plug fell out at 5:30 am 😮 going to do these twice today to see if I can get My water to break. My water broke at 4pm and I gave birth at 1:30 am

Start doing every 2-3 hours. Your body definitely needs some help from you 😊 When you do the exercises, try to relax as much as possible. Don't think about the final result. Just relax and make a mind-body connection. Sending you lots of strength 💪 You got this!! 💗🙌

This is a great video paired with the 10 minute ball excercise. I suffered from sciatica and had a lot of pelvic floor pain which all eased with these excercises. They made me very relaxed and allowed me to have a easy birth. Not everyone will go into labour straight away, but with consistency it will really help with delivering your baby my labor was so fast I was already 7cm when I went to the hospital and with 2 hours I delivered my baby with no tears and was discharged the same day

I'm so grateful I landed on this video on Thursday. I was getting close to my due date and labour was no where to be seen. Fearing induction, and I did these exercises. Guess what, woke up to pee that night and I had bloody show, called my gyn and he told me to head to hospital once I get labour pains. Got them around 4pm, was 3cm dilated when the gym checked, admitted, labour progressed and I received my baby today Saturday 12th August. ❤ thanks for the video.

I gave birth yesterday after I tried this only 5 days in a week. My water broke around 2:30 am and gave birth at 8:40pm. I had 9 hours labour pain. My doctor put a balloon into my vagina and used some labour pain activating medicine for me. I could say that this exercise still helped me to stretch my ligaments for the delivery. Thanks!

hey sorry for the late reply. i wasn’t having any sort of labour pain sadly..i did have a lightning crotch though and did have a vaginal sweep done three days before where they discovered that at 40 weeks 2 days, i was only dilated at barely 2 cms.. this is with me working as a nurse too😅

39+6 today. I saw this video recommended on TikTok so I came as fast as I could 😅 I will update tomorrow after my 40 week appointment if I don’t go into labor beforehand!

Not pregnant but a labor and delivery RN. Did this at home. Such good stretches for opening the hips and loosening the muscle tension and ligaments for easier flow. Beautiful work. If we have another i will certainly be doing this. ❤

I’m really thankful to you for this video.i started this exercise at 39W3days at night 3am and at 6am started having pains then for the next day started exercise on the same time and went to labor straight within 6hrs with 4cm dilated.went to hospital @11am and baby was born @3:30pm.

I started doing this exercise from my 38th week along with some walking daily…Alhamdulillah at 39 weeks and 3 days blessed with a baby girl with active labour of just 2 hours…this is my second delivery and by comparing with my first long 10 hours of labour journey I can definitely say this exercises really did some magic…thank you so much….

38 weeks my induction date is next thursday. Really trying to get things moving on my own. Even if this doesnt help me dilate, these moves helped alleviate so much pain in pelvis and hips love this. saving it to do throughout the day.
