In this episode, I interview Lisa Upton from Euphrenity. Lisa was diagnosed with a large brain tumour at the age of 14 and lived with epileptic seizures and the fear that one day, she may never wake up.
Eventually, Lisa would have surgery to remove the tumour and underwent a 10-hour surgical procedure whilst still wide awake!!!
Lisa fully expected the surgery to be the most pivotal event in her life but has since gone on to develop and deliver life-changing mental health first-aid and emotional well-being training and events.
