Awesome video as always Obi! 7:02 - your heels are disconnected from the foot plate of the rowing machine, and you are driving through the ball/toes. You should consider keeping solid connection through your heels prior to the leg drive portion of the row. This will ensure the correct kinetic+force chain all the way from your feet to your fingers and protect your lower lumbar as well as put less shear force on the front of your legs. You should also see your rowing performance drastically increase. It is an easier cue when actually rowing in a shell on water, but there is a Display mode on the Concept2 rower that show the force graph. You want an early-shifted, smooth peak. Power=area under the graph. Speaking as a rower of 7 years who has had back injuries before. Cheers!

My dude we are on the same wavelength! I finished My Name like two weeks ago and ugh it's such a good show, but a sad show too. I just started watching the succession and season 3 looks so interesting, but I can't skip episodes :'). Not sure if you're into the genre of fantasy, but I've heard of this show called: A Discovery of Witches. It's an adaptation of the books, and based off some comments it seems the show is doing it right. I haven't started watching it yet, but the casting looks great.
