Thanks a lot for your video. Your advice makes a lot of sense. Creating a community with someone you barely know, especially one based on investment, is risky in my opinion. As you previously stated, there is no need to plan ahead of time or rush; instead, arrive on the spot and see what options are available. In the meantime, we can meet new people, form friendships, and discover who we connect with and collaborate with.

Precisely, time is your best friend. Many have regretted jumping into communities without taking the time needed.

Good video! For me, I feel good about getting together with like minded people. I've got money that will come in to me(semi retired), but still young enough (56)to help build community. I'm ready to get back to basic living. Clean air and clean food. Hope to run into you some day and thanks for the insight.

Thanks for watching. We've seen many different versions of 'communities' over the years. To get it right there has to be a balance but it's worth pursuing. Please look us up if you're down this way.

Yes, and I suspect the youtuber "Camino Verde Paraguay" may not be what it seems. They also market an all inclusive stay in Asuncion at a place called "Casa Astral" yet it has no listing and no reviews? Due diligence required on this one.

You think the logging companies sell land?

Good question, not sure, but I don't know if that land would be much good.

paraguay has super exellent land for loogging production. Pine you can extract with 7 years there like in Brazil . Take care about some regions with less rain. Pine and Eucalyptus need to much water for rapid grow . Take a look about exporting, Paraguay hasn't sea port and it can increase the freight. Take a look about Turpentine, it has good profit also.

We don't want to skew anyone's views about a particular community. What might not have been right for us might be perfect for others. Irrespective of the community, as long as the proper due diligence is carried out (as discussed in the vid) you will determine if it's right for you. With the right questions the right answers will come.

@ADirtCheapLifeParaguay I can understand that perspective. I do like to hear other's opinions though to see things from all sides, possibly learn something I might be overlooking. I guess I'll see with the 1st round of searching and inquiries next month.
