Aside from 1 day in the office, super busy and stressed this week working from home, so many night calls. I tried to meal prep burritoes for the first time! It's yummy but difficult to reheat nicely - either too soft or not cooked enough aish. Got my 2nd HPV jab, one more to go in 4 months to complete.

How is your work 8-5 if you have meetings at night? Do they pay you overtime?

Hello! My official work hours are 8-5 but it’s extremely flexible 😀 I do my work around those hours mainly - my immediate team and some people I work with are in a different time zone, so I attend evening meetings sometimes and start late the next day accordingly 😃

Sure! Meal Prep Lasagna Bowls 900g minced beef 2 tbsp tomato paste 800g crushed tomatoes 950ml bone broth + onion, celery, carrot, spinach (put however much you want, it’s more for health 😝) Pressure cook 30 minutes 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1.5 tbsp salt 1 tbsp Italian herbs 1 ts black pepper Break up and put in 448g oven ready lasagna or cooked to 50% lasagna sheets boil for 20-30 mins / until desired texture Stir in 120ml fat free milk 200g cottage cheese 120g parmesan 60g mozarella This makes about 8-10 portions!

I took the government subsidized one! I think it’s called HPV2? It’s fully payable by Medisave.

@@DaysOutWithLix I see! Was just wondering bc there is another one. The Gardasil 9, that cover more strains of hpv. But that one cost $700 or more depending on which clinic. 😅😅
