Dude, you expressed what I've been feeling all my life. It helps to overcome anxiety, fear of humans, fear of adversity. I don't usually commend so-called "self-help-councillors," but you're making a great contribution to the crazy world we live in. Thank you for that.

00:29 🎮 *In the video, life is compared to a video game, emphasizing the distinction between the player (you) and the character (your avatar).* 02:31 🌟 *Fulfillment in life is about enjoying every level, embracing the ups and downs, and finding value in adversity, similar to the experience of playing a video game.* 04:28 🤔 *Understanding your character and quest in the "game of life" involves identifying your unfair advantages (character traits) and exploring quests aligned with your skills and interests.* 06:28 🚀 *Primary purpose: Discover your character. Secondary purpose: Define your quest. Aligning your character and quest leads to a more authentic and fulfilling life.* 09:56 💡 *Instead of viewing life as an escape, focus on creating a life situation where you enjoy your "9 to 5" or having bosses that you appreciate. Shift the perspective from escapism to designing a fulfilling life.* 11:33 🎮 *Don't fall for escapism marketing; challenge the notion of escaping the "9 to 5" or having a boss. Consider what "9 to 5" or boss situation you would genuinely enjoy.* 16:08 🌈 *Fulfillment doesn't necessarily amplify with more achievements or money. Be cautious of setting goals as barriers to your current fulfillment. Align with your purpose now.* 17:37 🚀 *Essential skills for navigating life include marketing, sales, and public speaking. Empathy and understanding play a crucial role in effective communication, especially in sales.* 19:39 🔄 *Proactively discover what you love and design your life to do more of it. Reflect on your favorite actions and childhood dreams to align with your authentic self.* 20:13 🚬 *Regrets are like warning signs on a cigarette pack; learn from others' mistakes and live without regrets within your control.* 21:41 🦸‍♂️ *Be a role model for your children; live a life that inspires them, creating a positive impact on their perspective.* 22:14 🌟 *Reflect on your life as if your inner child is watching; make decisions that would make your younger self proud.* 23:21 🔄 *Embrace the destruction phase of transformation; breaking out of your comfort zone is essential for personal growth.* 24:20 💔 *Stop the passing down of toxic habits; admit harsh truths, face the inevitability of death, and live life authentically without procrastination.*

I’m nearing my boundaries of becoming my complete self - watching his videos of exposing his flaws & similarities to the men & women in his videos is amazing. I find myself helping other get in touch with themselves these days all while I’m moving forward to highlight an example. I’m so close that my awareness allows me to see the boundaries I fear, touch them, sample them, retreat a bit but speak to them publicly. I wish I could join a broadcast to show people what it’s like in the intermediate phase

I think it's ultimately a matter of control. Games give you the feeling of control, which you often lack in "real" life. You can lose in games, and if you do, you learn something from it and need to regulate your emotions of frustration and anger. If you approach "real" life the same way, you'll just learn a lot, overcome anxiety (if you have anxiety issues), and just keep going. The snag is, though, EVERYONE wants to be in control. So just like in games, life is a one-upmanship. It can make you feel despair, but again, you just keep going. This video has been a real eye-opener, it gives a lot food for thought. I could criticize some of your points, but I don't feel like it right now. You're doing an awesome job, man.

We allow our video game character to take risks because there's hardly any consequence. The worst case scenario - the character dies and lose everything, but you can create a new character and start over, while the player is still safe. Can't do that in real life.

Oh god Julien I saw a lot of videos the last few month of you and I'm so crazy in toxic areas in my whole life and I found how f*king strong I were all the time. My body is full of panic attacks and I always thought it would be traumata and I would work wrong... But now tonight and after this video I find that symptoms are just like compass. When I'm thinking back, when I quit some actions, this symptoms were gone forever... Then in other situations they came back and people around me are always like "sh*t the f*ck up your just weak" and I always told myself hey... You did that stuff so often you can do it all the time and it's no problem.. But that was like you said.. Pushing that inner child's away in the most brutal actions I could ever find... And I was so confused because people are hurting me by being this way of kindness... This very sarcastic "hey I just said that in a kind melody of my voice" and it was like cutting my heart into pieces and I didn't had the courage to set limits to them... Especially in business this happens so often and my real skill was always abused as "your doing no sence full stuff because your to bad for my busienss so your a freaking bad person with a absolutely bad character!" these people I hate so much that I see that even when some of them died the last years, I'm not ready with hating... This is so hard to feel but I'm going all the way trought and I have some kinds of reliefs... But now I see... Not all of that things are triggers... My body is showing up symptoms while I'm in this situation and I will watch this in the next few interactions with people... So my real kingsrole in life is coming out and now I see the sence behind it... But okay.. I feel that huge aggression like fighting trought the jungle and free myself out of this beasts and not longer tolerate them. I was ofter 15 years in a pure isolation for me in my apartment and I enjoyed that freedom and this force inside of me going out and build my empire is so huge that I startet it 2 years ago and I made huge steps, but that triggers was very heavy... I relaxed in this, with support of therapy and your videos since a short time that kicks me up whole new levels and now I understood that I'm so confused by people because I never knew a kind of comfort zone because of all this fighting and dead confrontations and many more things... So yesterday I had a hard meeting in the office were everyone standing against me and I had the first time in my life that feeling of... Okay I don't give a damn f*ck. I know that I'm right, this is not just a kind of being convinced by myself... It's proven for me! And for me it was the first time I felt that certain feeling and this I was fully aware of and like shocked... I felt that all wisdom quotes about power and all these things and wow... Then this aggression... My. Therapist said... Yes these hard feelings often are like wild dragons that safe a soft part in yourself... Like you said in a few videos... And I always thought that such hard feelings are wrong and just a kind of overreaction... But seeing them a a friend and being in peace with it is such a big relief and I see that people come to me and showing up other people that was speaking so bad about me in the past, are taking me as a good idol right now and I was so shocked because my body symptoms are so hard and heavy to come throught that my whole life inside of me feels so terrible and in the outside it's a perfect life... And the more I feel it, the more success is there right now... Like my life is saying here... I throw all success to you because that f*cking walls are broken right now and I force you to have your luck and being fullfilled and life that huge kingsrole and your now learning that all situations was just to small for you and you never were the problem. That all Moskito people just were trying to steal your blood and you felt just weak because they sucked to much blood and this aggression is just holding future Moskitos back because I don't have enough blood for all Moskitos in the world. This magnetism mechanic example with authenticity is even a key for me... That being ready to kill anyone who's really trying to stand in my way seriously is now another great experience with that I suddenly see how weak that people really are and that Noone will provocate me now that hard that I would really kill them... So I have this feeling... All unconventional things are really that helpful stuff... Not all but the most... I remember you said something like that... And being in that process right now winning my own intelligence back and seeing that big impact right now because I often meditated alone for many years after a few month with leaded meditations of different people... That was already that habit to come into that deep fields inside of me and I met the first time in my life my inner child... And I thought I knew it before but it was not the deepest... And this deepest child said... He is my soul... He was laughing about all that stuff I was gone trought before and I asked so many questions and I was so stunned by the answers and It was like I could see how deep it is and I feel that It changed my whole being... That's really amazing... It blew all my anxieties away and I had the first time that kind of little feeling of harmony and peace inside of me after going throught tons of different waves of emotions and thoughts. So I know there's alot of work, but I feel that relief and that my subconscious mind is working 24/7 on it right now because of your videos. For me as a German guy it's a big help that it's in English because I'm not that good in English so my mind could not find that trigger connections for that solving nerve strings... So that was the main key I think... This is very crazy... So first time I'm open for the world and started connections to people in the USA and Brazil and Canada and Africa and all is supporting me extremely. Julien I don't know how I can thank you in a way that would show up what I feel. It's like goosebumps, especially by that live demonstrations... I felt like you did all that topics with me and my inner chaos was starting to move and it was so terrible but you showed me how to build that courage to go honestly throught it... So that inner critic guy is not just saying bad things to me and is swearing... By me that never was like that so much.. It exist... But the most toxic thing is that fake motivation stuff... "you did this before you can do it right now don't be such an id*ot" and such things. So I thought it was a support but it wasn't at all... Was a mask of friendly supporting and kicking feelings of doubt away and this is a huge toxic thing with the time... And now... This body symptoms showed up as a compass... That's my new clarity right now... That's so amazing getting a friendship with my body that I never had before... Now it's like a new open world for me and I'm so certain about to be a magnet for luck, success, love and real partnerships. Im ready for it! I'm so hurt... But I'm ready! I'm aware of It... I never had this feeling before. Thank you sooo much Julien! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

Julien recently by following the "trails of why" i got to the cause of why i am not able to speak up in social setting ,so my question is do i still need to go out there and try to meet new people and keep getting triggered or should i wait till i have let go of that anxiety
@mike.delia26
@mike.delia26 10 ай бұрын
If you think you have the "Why" clear in your mind, delve deeper; Most times, we think we have it figured out, but in reality, we are just one step closer to truly getting it. Imagine pulling a plant and becoming aware that it had dozens upon dozens of roots that all converge at the top, where you grabbed it. Do try to keep getting triggered but to feel the natural emotions that connect you to the past situation that you believe could be the moment where it all started. You can also investigate the history of your past and present family members, because ancestral and family group problems tend to re-appear in later generations. A gram of DNA holds 125 petabytes of information, after all.

Thank you Julien for changing my life in a way that without you ( the very first video from this channel for me was just mind blowing -- i needed to jump start/reset my brain and TO let it go doing : to cut the noise around me , to eliminate toxic persons from my life, also i have managed to change my diet( going down on the scale from a lazy Mf with 103.5 kg to 87kg now working on being ripped and low body fat ) and to start exercise and focusing on personal growth and learning to be the best at my job ) ... i wouldn't do it without your start video . Thank you again .. I hope some day to say this in person and to shake your hand ... I have decided to watch all your videos in my coffee time on a daily basis even at the office while enjoying my 2nd promotion working for this company in the last 11 weeks ... Thank you and God bless you and your audience (community) ... Just me, Dan ... a player 😉 i have found myself now in situations where i can i approach everyone and initiate conversation with strangers .... also Womens (dating now ) ... no problems to launch Conversations at work easily following what i have learned from your videos ... Have a nice day/weekend ! You are the best rising again like a Phoenix after that media scandal ... Just wow ... Reminds me being suicidal after loosing my mom fighting cancer years ago but somehow i have found the energy to survive AND to LEVEL up in life and yes you are the best and nobody, nobody can deny this .... how to go about it if i've been in multiple life-threatening situations throughout life, and witnessed death - since a young age. and now i am not scared, nor alarmed about death and time running out ? i don't feel fear. i look around at people who are scared of xyz thing and i am so envious of them and their fears, that make them do stuff. i am not afraid of being alone, for i am on good terms with myself and my mind, in the sense that i got to a ground 0 when i was on the - side of the scale and now while i want to have a greater life - i just don't find the energy to do it. the kick. the explosiveness. i used to empathic but over the years i've.... "grown" out of it, while I understand a lot of emotions people feel, they don't affect me anymore. (this is available for the general population - i don't care about any of the people outside my close circle; as for the close circle, i do get the feelings but i quickly get over them now, especially if sh*t hit the fan and i gotta help) and is weird. it's like i am ok with life but i would enjoy if it were greater. but i just don't have inner restlesness anymore and neither the self-loathe and self rage to do it(and when i did, it was awful to progress through and with that, but it kept me moving). i've been to a few psychologists but we neither clicked or i truly didn't find what they were saying as being suitable for my situation. do you have a video that you know of brushing along these lines, Julien ? or a quick point in the right direction ?

This is not correct. In the video game you don’t have to live the life of your character but in real life you have to, it’s not possible to detach

It's not about detaching completely... It's about remembering that you're not just the character. You're ALSO the player! 👌

The player has real world to escape to and the game is just some part of it but in real life we live in a matrix - this is the game so our options to look differently and escape are limited, especially since our brain is also corrupted, not just psychologically but often physically as well.@@JulienHimself

i cant really take anyone serious if they are wearing what normal people make in a week in clothing and it doesnt even look nice. i understand how subjective that is but i really cant listen to your words when im too caught up in thinking of how me listening to you is furthering this dystopic fashion sense going on. The gucci stuff atleast looked nice

Pretty sure it's intentional to help others see how easily social anxiety and judgments from our peers for "looking stupid" can be ignored. And it's also kind of like an initial psychological barrier-to-entry or placement test for those on this self-help journey... most peoples reaction to it can indicate how deeply they can currently comprehend this type of content. I don't think he wants you to take him "serious," all while saying serious shit... it's quite artful
