A single mother with 3 kids goes to front of the line for section 8, all housing programs and all family services/programs. 3 kids plus mom is at least $700 food stamps, free school lunches/breakfasts and automatically approved for all gov programs in top tier payout. When you see this on the streets realize it's a scam, give them food and a list of resources if you want, but money isn't going to be used wisely. I have been in this industry for many years, trust me, there's so many programs for women and kids everywhere, gov, non profits, churches, it goes on and on. This is by choice and a scam. Single men however have almost zero resources available except on the coasts,, but still not much. If you want to help, buy them food, water, socks, gloves anything else will not be used wisely. But you do whatever makes you feel good, just realize you aren't helping...

If i knew where she was i would invite her and her child into my home untill she can get her life straightened out. Atleast they would be safe and eat well. And wouldn't have to subject herself to begging for a hand out. Her and her child seem to have good clean clothes and new purse. There are so many women who do this because they make $500 a day and more. There is a lady in my area who was begging at Christmas time so we watched her and after a few hours of allot of money she got into her new mercedes benz and drove to a mansion we later found was purchased for just over $7.5 million dollars. Be careful who you allow to get at your heart
