UFC Welterweight Adam Fugitt enters training camp for his fight June 15th at the UFC Apex Center in Las Vegas.
Today he trains at Helix Human Performance, overseen by Austin Schoen.
Austin has a Doctorate in Chiropractic, a Master in Science, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is accustomed to working with world class fighters, and his company Building a Fighter is dedicated to teaching others how to go about training high level athletes for combat sports, through years of experience.
Adam goes through workout built around making him more athletic and building his not only raw power, but also his rotational power as well.
