Saint Dominic Savio (1842-1857) was born in Italy and dedicated his short life to holiness. A devout Catholic, he joined St. John Bosco's Oratory, where he exemplified exceptional piety, humility, and kindness. Dominic was a model student, known for his love of the Eucharist and devotion to Mary. Despite his early death at age 14, he left a profound impact, inspiring others with his commitment to faith and virtue. Canonized in 1954, Saint Dominic Savio is remembered as a shining example of youthful sanctity, emphasizing the importance of living a virtuous life from a tender age.

Thank you ryan adams for ur kind words but he's the child l have left l lost my first son aged 22 yrs old to addiction l can't lose my only child/ man now in alcohol addiction 18 yrs now l raised my boys a single mum it broke me when l lost my first born son mark sometimes lm so scared will my only remaining secumb adwell but l pray fervently so will l have to believes God will take this cross from my son in Jesus's precious blood l cover him night and day he's suffered a lot in life when he lost his brother he's never been the same my heart breakin but l will never give up on my son l love him so much thank you again may God bless u to what ever ur going through l hope u find peeace amen

I went to St. Dominic elementary in Eagle Rock. Lived on Maywood Ave. I think that is a different St. Dominic, the saint that received the rosary from our Blessed Mother.
