As a Tennessee fan, I’m not really an Alabama fan but as a football fan, I’m a Nick Saban fan, & as a man going thru life, I’m a Nick Saban wisdom fan. He’s really a true example of how we should conduct ourselves & treat others. God bless he & the Saban family

LSU fan here. Nick is a class guy. Always liked the man.

Watching this right after he retired. He’s got lots of wisdom and not only that, but he cares about others. He’s pretty much as good as a coach can get.

Thank you so much Coach. I’ve been an Alabama fan my whole life. After the 92 National Championship Alabama had a really bad run. The three Mikes and Franchione were hard times to be a fan. When they announced Coach Saban as the new head coach at Alabama, I was so excited. Coach Saban made it great to be a fan of Alabama. Thank you Coach for bringing so much happiness and excitement into my life. You are without a doubt the G.O.A.T!! ROLL TIDE FOREVER!!

Nick is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He doesn't brag or make a big deal of himself when you meet him. He was raised right and it shows. Great example for all people.

As an LSU fan I still Appreciate Coach Saban being Our HC from 2000--2004. despite Saban Creating a Dynasty at Bama I take pride he Won his first Ever NC while Coaching LSU.

I absolutely love Coach Saban! What a great leader for the young men coming into the program. One more thing; would you look at the guns on Tim Tebow! There's another great example for young men!

The more I learn about Nick Saban & the more I watch him, I think he is an incredible human being. A couple of years ago I started watching Coach when he was interviewed at half time or after the game. When I really listened to what he said I just realized how grounded he is and how he speaks his mind w/o coming off as a dysfunctional Royal being forced to speak to the commoners.

Let's face it. Nick Saban is truly one of the greatest College Football coaches ever. He is excellent and makes his players expect the same. Be successful! High expectations of course! Accomplish the mission Alabama! RTR!

Roll Damn Tide! So lucky to have had coach Saban for all these years, he impacts so many young players lives in a positive way and that influence will last forever, weather they go pro or not they’re always still better off having played for him then they were before.

He's such a Great coach. That's a given. He's such a top notch person. He's a true leader. Much like Coaches Bryant & Stallings; he's a credit too his profession and the University of Alabama!! All three came too 'Bama when the program was at it's lowest. They raised 'ole girl up and put her on a pedestal of greatness that only those three men have reached. When he does decide too call it a day, the vacuum he creates in his wake will be damn tuff too fill. I grew up watchin 'Bama run roughshod on the competition via the Bone. Major Ogilvie, Cornelius Bennett & Dwight Stephenson were my favorite players!! Lifelong 'Bama fanatic! Roll Tide Roll!!

Nice to see him relaxed and enjoying life. He is the G.O.A.T. of cfb coaches. While some may have Alabama fatigue, you have to admire him, even as a Michigan fan. I wish he had stayed at LSU, my favorite SEC school, but glad he did not stay at MSU, where we had to face him every year. Lake Burton, and Lake Rabun in GA are beautiful, and his spread there at "the lake house" looks magnificent. Good luck to him always, as you can hate losing to him, but you cannot dislike him.

I think it's his absolute commitment to making the players good people off the field as well that makes him such a great coach. Truly the greatest coach to ever coach college football. The players and all of us Alabamians are lucky to have him. RT 4 EVER!

Love this. Nick's Getaway. I am sure this has helped him regain his balance, year after year. Huge fan of this man, who cares not only about winning, but about developing great men.

This guy exemplifies what it means to have class!

Saban is a winner. One thing about him I like is how blunt honest and up front he is with everyone...no sugar coating from the man. you want sugar coating...go play in the ACC or Big 12.

Beautiful home you have on Burton Coach. We're up there quite often but you never invite us to your dock. Prettiest lake in the Southeast. Great place to unwind. Hope you have a great 2018 season. Looking forward to it.

Growing up I never thought anything of Lake Burton, but now it has multi million dollar homes. Incidentally it is in the town where the movie Deliverance was filmed

Such a modest home, Nick. Nice thing about lake houses down south, is the lakes can be huge as in TVA lakes. IMHO, if you can’t be on the ocean where the water is warm year around then a home on one of the big lakes down south is awesome, and fresh water doesn’t roast an engine and even in Nashville you can be swimming in the lakes starting in early March and runs through to mid November.

Saban is the GOAT. RTR.2023 and Alabama just won SEC championship again. Next up we play Michigan.

Football aside, everyone should respect Coach Saban. As a UGA grad (class of ‘99), he has always found a way to disappoint me (except the first UGA game when he coached Bama), yet there is so much to learn from people who become absolute masters in their craft.

Nick has the advantages over most coaches of intelligence - wisdom - skill - desire . Now he may not be the best at each of these, but, I believe that for all four combined, he is number one. Now that makes a total quality that would be VERY hard to exceed. As long as he chooses to coach at Alabama, he will have teams that are at or near number 1, top 5 every year.

I used to hate Saban because he always won. I was jealous. As I’ve grown up and studied successful people I realized I disliked guys like Saban because I wasn’t working hard enough. I’ve learned to work a system and success has appeared in my life. I respect the hell out of nick Saban
