OMGoodness yes!!! WHO MAKES A BROWN HIGHLIGHTER?! I think the same thing every time I pull out my Mildliners LOL But I am too much of a perfectionist to retire it from the set, so I just end up wondering what I’ll ever highlight in brown every time I use the other gorgeous colors 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you for getting past your perfectionism and sharing this with us today! I needed to hear your sweet voice and words of encouragement. It helps so much to know we aren’t alone in how we think! But please, don’t apologize for living your life! Your true fans and subscribers will be here no matter what! I once heard to say “Thank you” instead of “I’m sorry” and it’s an interesting mindset shift. Yay! See you next week! For those one off tasks that I just need a reminder for I use a strip of packing tape on the index card or cardstock and a wet erase marker that can just be wiped off with a damp cloth and reused. :P

Yay! I loved this more casual update. You are so darn relatable. 😅 It’s inspiring to me to see you moving forward despite it not feeling “perfect.” Perfect in quotations because from my point of view it’s amazing & it feels like you don’t give yourself enough credit for how much work you do. Your videos & your Etsy products, are you kidding? SUCH high value! I think about that daily as I use your cards, “man, I really should message her to say how much I appreciate these & why” (I should make a one-off card for that! ☺️) ❤

Thank you so much for sharing this. I think perfectionism is often what prevents us from having success. Also, people are so critical, and it’s so unsatisfying not to be able to make something perfect. But I think we all have to find something we can be proud of so it’s not perfect, but it’s just the expression of ourselves, our thoughts and our ideas. I’ve watched your channel for two weeks now, I downloaded two of your playlists for a long journey on a boat, 40 hours long (from Tenerife to Huelva, Spain) and re-watched your planning videos several times. You inspired me so much, I made my own planning videos, I improved my card deck which is in a folder now and I’m happy to have created more than normally. Although I am on a trip of 2000 km to my new job. I just wanted to say this so that you see that you inspire people. Thank you so much and have a great week.❤

January/February is always the toughest time of the year for me but my house has stayed cleaner ever since I read Sidetracked Home Executives and started using your printout 😊

There’s a book called “Elastic Habits” that came to mind as you were talking about not doing a habit and that meaning by default that you aren’t doing any. I haven’t read the book myself, but I need to.

This video has my whole heart! I completely understand because i am trying to grow a KZfaq channel for myself, and i feel the same exact way! (commenting from my personal YT...not trying to piggyback off your subscriptions) I have been injured and unable to do what i normal would make videos about, so now i am using it as a place to hold all my ideas and just had my first live yesterday and want to delete it soooooo very badly. Life is too hard in the PNW in late Winter, especially after the time change. It like you can feel your brain igniting, but someone's put curb blocks under the wheels.=, and you can't remove them because brain surgery just isn't one of your hobbies. :) I started using your card system in Jan 2024, and it has really helped me feel like an organised adult. And it makes my planner more of a big picture journal than a collection of scattered thoughts with lists half crossed out. Wait...who am i kidding, lists only an 1/8 crossed out. :D Oh, the slow demise of the Saturday Morning Cartoons was painful! My parents got a quiet hour or two on Saturday mornings! Having a young one in my late 20's it was 30min of Wiggles on Disney in the morning and 30 min Wordgirl on PBS in the afternoon. Now with my wee lad and the surrendering of our satellite tv service, it's Cocomelon. Not the same. Cocomelon is like the new Calliuo. *blech* Be well. Happy St. Pat's!
