Yooh guys I needed this , as a unisa LLB 3rd year student I'm literally doing this on my own. No group I'm just studying to pass and it's so overwhelming to hear that you have to put yourself out there, you have to have good marks, look for vacation work yooh...kuningi. but thank you for an insightful interview ❤

Also in the work place the university you went to really has no bearing. Practice is different from theory. At my law firm, we had candidates from different varsities, UNISA, UKZN, WITS, and UFS. You honestly could not tell the difference, and our superior was a UNISA graduate.

Thats why i did my paralegal diploma at UJ and then did my LLB at unisa. I work at an medium law firm that pays pretty well. My diploma is the one that really helped me out like ALOT!!😅💯

Well done tumo 👏 , the best is yet to come, but what I don't understand is why do people look down on UNISA it's in the top 10 best uni in the county and top 20 in the continent, above UWC, Rhodes, NMU, and NWU just to mention a few , is it just because they study online ?

Having a law degree makes a you a lawyer. Law is also broader than being an advocate/ attorney.
