That's not a house, it's a palace. And 218 million isn't a price, it's insanity.

It just is so exposed. There is no privacy. Someone willing to spend that much-feel it’s over priced-is probably not going to like that everyone can see into your property.

Oh why did the home builder not utilize concrete pilings to provide the elevated experience as well as protecting this investment from flooding ⁉️For 218 Million only to be flooded by increasing rise of the sea, King Tides or a hurricane which can have storm surges of 9ft high or more‼️

Mike, thank you for filming this one. It's amazing! $10,184/Sq. is pricey. However, there simply isn't anything else like this on the market. Do I think it's worth it? No. But, someone might. It will sell for whatever someone is willing to pay. I think they did an incredible job of updating this property.

this is beautiful as with many florida properties but my biggest concerns when it comes to large investments like this near or on the water is flooding and of course hurricanes which could wipe this whole thing out or cause significant damage which is the downside but aside from those concerns this piece of heaven is downright magnificent.simply breathtaking

To live in a place like that you’ll need to pay 2 shifts maintenance crew of gardeners, exterior structure cleaners, butlers / maids and chefs, and maybe security. Meaning no privacy, I have a 5,000 sf empty vacation house in FL and is a b*tch to maintain! Every 3 months or so I fly down and be impressed how just bugs and dust start taking over with no one in it, Imagine occupied.

The house is amazing but considering flooding that a big concern in that area I be cautious about putting up that kind of money for a house. Doubt it goes for that much but would sell quick in a low interest market for $150 million.

That house cannot be 218 million nowhere near! I've seen 20-15 million-dollar homes make that look like an out house!

They can hire me as the guy who retrieves the out of bounds tennis balls from the water. That’s a job, right?

Looks great, but the ranges need to be leveled, the bathroom wall faucet needs bigger handle trim plates, I can see the holes in the marble, and the rooms need large hanging chandeliers, looks like the electrical is ready for them. For this price, a nice tile roof would look great, add some natural color, and I'm not really a fan of the painted white roof, or sea wall. Hopefully it's a newly built seawall, I couldn't tell.

Property tax would be like buying a mansion in California every year. Ouch

When I look at the image at 11:50, the edges of the balcony are surrounded by very simple, cheap materials and are rotten. This place can only be sold for land value. Who knows, there are hundreds of rotten grounds in places we cannot see. Ground survey, foundation reinforcements are not even on the agenda yet. Even if they gave it for free, I would refuse. A land of 9262 m².

If I don't get this place I want nothing at all

Is there crocodiles / aligators in that water? I would be afraid to suddenly meet one around the corner or even get attacked while laying in one of those sunchairs (def wouldnt have dared to sleep outside) :)
