I think I have seen a home like this, maybe by the same design and build team a couple of years ago also in Fort Lauderdale but this is certainly spectacular just like that other home was and especially at the price point!!! Have seen homes double the price and Beyond with far less put into it!! AND love the fact of No drywall which is the basic and cheap way to make it ordinarily!! Just wish the home theater was not open to the screen area etc, but everything about this screams sheer quality!!!!! would love to see what could be done by this firm at double or triple the price point, but this will find a quick sale for sure!!!!!!!!!! well done in all aspects!!!!!!!🤩🤩❤👍👍👍

The Great Unavailing! Love all multi-use rooms! Entertainment areas, theater, steam/sauna, putting green, pool, especially the Jacuzzi. Truly someone living their Dream home. Yacht dock and helipad. Awesome! I envy the elevated 1st floor for tropical storm surge reasons. Built like a fortress. Smart linear stretching horizontal lines, practical and efficient open space to pass through for moving about the property, or party guest parking or whatever. On the practical interior flooring point of view: I hope there won't be children in that home with those glossy floors, they would break a lot of Bones. It looks like the house is designed for Entertaining. Therefore, the continued slick marble tile-like floors throughout the house and out by the pool is most frightening.... one drop of water 💦 from anywhere and down ↘️you go....! Nice to look at, but very impractical. ? Women in high heels clak, clak, clak... Even flip flops makes for an easy slip and fall anywhere on that slick floor. 🍌$$$ . A house dog would be spinning it's paws. UNLESS, it's a hybrid rubber floor that looks like marble with a high-gloss of some anti-fatigue material, that would be awesome! I'd LOVE to know what it is? All of the vertical designs with windows for the walls and ceilings and interior layouts combining glass, marble wood and metal work are exquisite ✨ A real architectural Beauty. I watched the whole process for some time now. Excellent Quality Construction! 🏆
