Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their payments it gets REPOED.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the it.
Then there is this...

I cant believe a mobile home park would allow all that stuff in the yard. I lived in a park and got wrote up because i was taking had grocery sacks on my porch. I had just been grocery shopping and was carrying them in. Guess I wasnt fast enough for them

I cannot believe that trailer park let's people get away with having trash and bicycles everywhere and just junk. I lived in one but it was nice and you couldn't even leave your trash can beside your house everything had to be in a shed. Bicycles had to be put up at night girls had to be in the shed or covered. People hated the strict rules but it was a decent place to live for a trailer park.

When people can’t scrape up about a thousand, if that much, to build one of these sheds themselves, they sign a fince deal that costs many times more. Which leads to this.

We are all imperfect people in an imperfect world. I may not have had anything repoed before, but that doesn't mean people don't hit hard times, especially now. It is sad that the kids have to witness this, and as far as people being so judgemental, it is things like the judgements and trauma in life that cause people to have brains that don't have good executive functioning. Yes, I am a medical disabled nurse and studied psychology as well. So I understand this man doing his job and I know so many people need help on many levels to be able to function in the world. Praying they can get their life straightened out and move forward to a better life. 🙏🏻

What if you go to repo a shed and find it's in the middle of being converted into a tiny home, with plumbing and\or electric hooked up, perhaps even insulated and sheetrocked? Do you just cut the pipes and the electric and take it anyway?

Sheds Cost a Lot of Money and it takes Jobs by both parents to Pay the Bills unless you have a Skill in the various crafts or a college degree and a great job. 🙏
