Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their payments it gets REPOED.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the it.

Josh, when I first watched one of your videos I noticed something very different from what I am familiar with. You were skilled and patient but it was your kindness toward others that brought me back for another video. It was quite awhile before I heard your wife’s voice and as much as you are kind and considerate, she might even have an edge in that score. You are two of the kindest human beings I have come across… to each other and everyone you deal with.

Hey Josh, I have a channel as well but I gotta hand it to you and you do an amazing job at this and you treat people pretty decently. I’m from Ohio. I live in South Florida now pursuing my goals. It breaks my heart to see so many lost people who are always the victims of their own problems meanwhile, wearing pajamas and slippers in the middle of the day. What happened to humanity?

If a shed have ton of trash inside and a huge roll up door, all you have to do is open that big door and lift the shed upright and all the crap will fell out to the ground, like a dump truck

For me and Papa bought our building we paid it off ASAP in 3 months or less. We knew we would run out of money and would see hard times so we paid it off as soon as possible and we're doing our other bills that way too. We rent our place but we do not let the trash be like this we have things we're working on but the trash goes to the dump we might be poor but we're not going to live like that.

I don't understand how the rental company doesn't know exactly where they delivered the shed the first time.... it should be documented by the rental companies delivery driver include the route they brought the shed in with other notes about fences etc that were removed.

The sellers should put it in the contract that upon return shed must be free of debris. If not it should be written that the hauler (in this case you) will empty it for a few. If you have to do extra physical labor and risk injury you should be compensated accordingly. But it makes killer content which pays handsomely I'm sure. Thanks for keeping me entertained.

I agree, the poor yard presentation does seem to be common in many of the repo's. This never made sense to me. You would think if money was tight you would take better care of your things, knowing how difficult it would be to replace them.

@@terriann3031 it truly is sad. All I think of is something my grandma used to say when my room got messy when I was little. She would say," The way you take care of your surroundings is the way you take care of yourself. If your surroundings you let fall apart than you must be falling apart inside too." She was right ya know. After my mama died my home because hoarders chaos ,because I was trying to fill an empty void. Once I got used to the fact that she was gone,my heart and mind calm,and my home went back to organized cleanliness.
