Nicely prepared powdered Pap (Akamu). The drying methods you mentioned are good. The dehydrator method is amazing. It will truly last for 6 to 12 months when put in a airtight container. The pap looks yummy. Thanks for sharing

I don’t like the powdered ogi, it’s oily( corn has oil), and tastes awful after a while. I guess when you don’t have electricity most of the time, this is your alternative to freezing the wet one.
