I just installed this amazing 6\ lift kit on my 2003 ClubCar DS golf cart and I can't believe how much higher and more comfortable it feels now! The installation was easy peasy and the results are incredible. Highly recommend if you're looking to give your golf cart a boost!

If you're going to install a Rear Seat you should change out the rear Leaf Springs for a pair of Heavy Duty Leaf Springs, especially now since you used 4" lift blocks instead of the 6" blocks. If you don't change the leaf springs, you'll get tire rub every time you hit a bump with a load on the seat. I installed the same lift kit on my Club Car DS 1998 last year... wish you had been here back then! The rear install was a total bitch for me... Nothing easy about it but it was totally worth it when all was said and done! Thanks for the video!

No problem , glad it was helpful. I actually bought the springs when I bought the lift . After installing lift I had 2 people get on rear seat, and actually have no run, and it still has that plush ride .

So taller part to the back on the block under spring in back ?
@Knottsqmw Жыл бұрын
Yes, so it angles the rear properly .

How did you get a 6” front and 4” rear kit? Do they sell them separately?
@Knottsqmw Жыл бұрын
I had a 4” block leftover from another lift

Ah got it! Thanks… I think the 6” front and 4” rear is the best look.

@@socal_mtb-et4jk I actually used a coping saw to cut my blocks down to 4 inch. It was a pain, but I was in no hurry!
