I've always had that "lack mindset" that has been instilled in me through family. I'm having both a great and a hard time changing that. An advice that I'd give to the 18-yr old me or even younger is "Just speak up. You can survive with grace even when you are alone". Took a lot of shit by believing otherwise. And now struggling to change that. But I strongly believe I'll overcome this and I'll be at better place and more at peace with myself. 🤗 Hope helps a great deal.
