Great place...I've been down 3 years running...some of the nicest people I have ever met. I'm an old man on oxygen so its hard to convince vendors of my serious desire for light sport. Let alone willing to discuss one with the ability to handle an oxygen concentrater, yet I still have a good time.

Interesting. Could you do videos about what LSA certification entails as well as larger GA plane certification? it's often spoken about as this mythical impossible standard but is it really that elaborate? is it a laid out process or at the fickle whims of obtuse fascist bureaucrats. I think GA is in need of demystification of certification and maybe highlighting any other problems associated with it because it seems to me that a lot of factories huddle in poverty in fear of the process. I have compared the state of GA to cars in Cuba and that should not be so.

...why can't flying be simple? Why is it that the FAA has to make it impossible for the average person to fly? People are worried about a massive pilot shortage, about there being no new pilots, but when it's not accessible for people to fly on their own, then what reason do people have to learn to fly? If you want more pilots, the FAA has to make it convenient for new pilots to enter the pool. Anyone outside the loop looks in and sees experimental aircraft with so many restrictions and extra responsibilities, and certified aircraft more expensive than the combined property value of the whole block they live on. Just make it easy: "Airworthy? Yes or no."
