@@fortnitesweatkid I don't actually want to disagree with you as light comes in my top 3 fav character but the fact is light left way too many traces and he also messed up sometimes indirectly pointing that he's Kira and L also noticed that whereas yuuichi in manga always knew what he was doing and planned everything from start to end even his crying and begging. I just respect that also I love all old school characters so it's all good

@@feastbeforeheat the only trace light left was the lind l Taylor. Even with all of those traces, he was able to make L believe that Light was innocent like in the prison place and the 64 camera. That is atleast impressive than just being hidden. Do you really think L is dumb? L is the worlds greatest detective, he has one of the best deduction in the whole SCD community. Even if the criminal is hidden, just one trace will lead him to the criminal. That’s just how much of a logical reasoning monster L is. Yuuichi will also leave the same traces for example his manipulation, he would’ve killed some important people like Light and L would’ve noticed. Yuuichi isn’t as smart as Light. Light can make more genius moves than Yuuichi making him an easier target for L (I’m referring to Yuuichi)

Mass manipulation: light shaped public opinion using the anchors of Sakura TV like takada and the others, he makes the public believe that Kira is justice by telling takada what to tell in the TV If i remember correctly light also manipulated and blackmailed the us government into surrendering to him So I don't think Yuuichi takes mass manipulation against light As for influence building the same argument could be used Light manipulated the public to follow Kira's beliefs through takada But if we use kid Yuuichi's feat in influence building, it's so close. I really hate people who complain Light "broke down" multiple times in death note and really thinks it affected anything other than composure. "Panicking" is literally just composure. Persuasion, your reasoning is horrible my guy. Light literally indirectly persuaded the whole task force that he was innocent and thought L was on some dumb shit. He was able to convince the task force for atleast 5 years with L until being finally convinced by Near.

@@fortnitesweatkid you have a good point in the persuasion part but I am still convinced that yuuichi has faster adaptability, it's not that Light adaptability is slow or bad it's just that yuuichi is faster at adapting to the situation and that was shown a lot in the series. If you don't agree I completely understand. it's your opinion, I am sure you have a good explanation to why light takes adaptability

Yuuichi’s pathway or prison feat (he also has a gun and island feat, but that's up for interpretation) should be enough EQM: Yuuichi takes both Intra and Inter. Intra hopefully is obvious. Inter on the other hand, well, Yuuichi managed Shibe’s feelings about Yuuichi to such a level that is unfathomable. He also managed people emotionally like Kei, Shinji, Tenji, Kokorogi, etc. Strategy: Light is mid here. Yuuichi’s prison game is way better. Considering how he had no holes in his strategy, unlike Light. Direct and Psychologically: Shibe Feat, Kokorogi, basically everyone in TG, except a few. He also literally a master in physiology and psychological manip because of his training from Taizen. Verbal Deception: Friendless Game slams. Not even close.

The memory loss (is strategy and planning) is the most craziest feat Light has ever done, anticipated, sacrificed himself, made the most genius moves in eliminating L, and manipulated the shinigamis and changing DN’s is rather impressive as a planning and strategy feat. Direct & Psychological Manipulation: Light has a lot of feats, he manipulated Misora who’s a literal FBI agent and a very smart person and managed to kill her. Psychological while, he knew that Rem loved Misa and he used this to his advantage he made a deal with her to kill L and he will keep Misa safe, a rather risky but great move in eliminating L. Verbal Deception: Verbal Deception is composed of Fabrication, Concealment, Gaslighting, Guilt-Tripping, and Misdirection. Light takes most of them (Fabricstion, Concealment, and Misdirection) Light >= Yuuichi in verbal deception but Yuuichi takes overall deception ig

Strategy>= Goes to Yuuichi (Prison arc, Second game, Third game and Friend Murderer game + All bet) literally every fixed situation get several strategy feats. I recognize the memory loss plan and the other short term strategies that Light has so it’s really close. Planning goes to Light due to memory loss plan (the prison arc is included) and his final stand against near that are way more impressive, regarding Yuuichi has as a major feat the friendless game in planning
