Lightform LF2+ Projection Mapping Magic - Painting With Light

3 жыл бұрынIn this awesome video, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the amazing team over @Lightforminc to try out the first sound-reactive AR Projector. After creating some awesome white model shadow box art pieces inspired by three of my favorite films, "Jurassic Park," "Ghostbusters" and of course "Back To The Future," I then made them come alive by painting with light using the amazing LF2+ Projector.
I've also decided to try something new in this video by doing some narrations explaining a bit more about my process and how I completed this piece. Let me know in the comments below what you think, and if you think I should do more narrations like this. If you have any questions about the process that I did not get the opportunity to explain, drop me a comment and I will answer as best I can.
I got some great inspiration and learned a lot from some videos I found on KZfaq. Here is a great resource on how I created the sketch reveal in Adobe After Effects.

Greet work.. in love with what you did.. Can we use this hardware as a projector, for TV use or mirroring from any other devices..?

Such amazing work....Can I know how you doing the connection between sound reaction with the projector? Cuz I plan to do a Final Year Project for my degree that combines sound sensor and projection mapping

Would windows laptop do for the Light form n Epson home Cinema projector 1060 I just bought 2 days back. If windows laptop any kinda specification for the laptop. Appreciate your response. Thank you

@RamonSolorio personally it been great for the applications I’ve used it for. I’ve seen they use it on big walls outside and it seems to be great.

Does this software include Syphon feature to connect external software like TouchDesigner?

How long did the mapping take?

The mapping took about 2 hours ish. There were a lot of layers. The content created took the longest
