Yep most likely represents Bon Dance season, since the people dancing around the tower hold those paddle like fans and dance with them, no not the kind of dancing I'm guessing most of you are thinking of.

I really love this series ❤. I just with animals. My favorite out of set you got is shark holding little fish so cute! I also really like seal one wifh ball on head. Both made me smile 😃. I would love see more of theses
