Charley it's only in Ghana when u give financial details about a project they tag u as a talker. Go to Google and check for every movie done in Europe or America and u will see the budget used for the movie. It is nothing, it only tells u how well invested the movie is. There is nothing wrong, Ghanafuor p3 kasa. Producers spent over 200Million dollars in black panther movie and its public.
