Today I'm making a trinket or rolling tray using dried flowers and my very own holographic sticker! The beautiful edge glitter is from Laura’s art Corner. I appreciate that you are showing a realistic video with corrections in your voice over of the things you're learning as you go. Also thank you for a video with actual vinyl stickers, not circut stickers. I don't want to invest a bunch of money to add graphics to my resin. I appreciate you, thank you.

I have the same mould try not to take it out of the mould if you see air bubbles don’t take it out go around the all the edges and check for bubbbles first . Then insert more resin and that will fix your air bubbles .works for me . Lovely job by the way , the tray is my favourite mould .

This turned out so nice and wow look at that glitter. It’s a shame you had to wait for 3 months for your mould. Some things are worth the wait. Thanks for sharing your making process 😍

Thank you! I’m working a video showing how I do different things with this mold. 😁 I would wait until it’s past the tacky stage when you could touch it.

Thank you! thats great good luck on your journey i can't wait to see some of your art in the group. i did the first part around midnight and then did the backing in the morning when i got up, so 7 to 9 hours.

How do you get the inside bottom of your tray come out flat? I've done 12 of these 3 different times and the bottom of mine comes out wavy 😟

Amanda Nelson mmmm, I haven’t had this problem. Have you done all of them on the same surface maybe it’s uneven. I wouldn’t think that should matter resin should self level. Is your resin old by chance. Make sure you are working in the right temperature. To cold and it could make it set before it’s level. Also make sure you are mixing correctly this could also make it set fast.

Amanda Nelson also since it’s the inside you can do a thin layer inside it after it comes out of the mold. It could be a defective mold. I can’t think of a good reason this would happen.

Can I use regular printed out paper pictures?

CHANELG PRODUCTIONS you will need to laminate them. A cheap way to laminate is to use duct tape. Duct tape them front and back, push down make sure all the air is out and then cut around it and leave a bit of tape don’t go right to the picture edge. Be careful when doing this though, it’s easy to get wrinkles. You can buy a cheap laminator from Walmart or something as well.
