I think that this challenge is so helpful for legacy challenges since you start with barely any simoleons and as soon as you have 10k simoleons you will immediately need a house for many sims that's cheap at the same time

You've been getting out of your comfort zone a lot lately. Not sure what made you change suddenly when you were so set on blue, suburban, base game only houses, but it definitely shows on your videos how much more fun you seem to be having lately. Keep it up!

This is the house for that minimalist parent the kids don’t see a lot so it’s like pretty much a single person home but it has the kids’ beds for that one weekend every few months they see them

I think your floor plan would have been easier if the stairs were straight against the left wall and you could have put the kitchen along the stairs? like use the stairs as a 'wall' to place items against.

I want to see a video where you do a challange like this but it is a super large budget for a normal house or somthing like that and you have to use the entire budget. You can have a number generator for number of tiles you have to use and then a generator that decides the type of house❤️
