You should do a Realm of Magic build with the new kit! It seems perfectly suited to a cozy spellcaster home, maybe for a spellcaster family?

Watching this, I really wish the Sims team had taken some cues from CC creators. Including corner pieces and making sure that the stacked bookcase height matched each ceiling height without clipping would have gone a long way. Ladders would have been another big plus. Video idea - have Snap do a build! Have options like number of room tiles, wall color, or furniture style assigned to toys or treats, and see which she goes for. Or just let her take over the keyboard, lol.

This house makes me wanna cry. The outside looks like my grandparents home. They had it for 35 years before my Grandpa got sick and diagnosed with dementia. We had to move them out the house because that house was in a separate state than us. So we moved them near us. Anyways I love this build

I don't know why, but the vibe I get with this house build is an elder couple who have taken responsibility for their granddaughter! Seeing Snap snuggling under your chin made my heart melt

To be honest, this is the best kit that The Sims team has released in a long time. It's versatile for so many builds, the furniture is so pretty, and specially, we finally have bookcases that can look good on short, medium and high walls as well!

I constantly make houses for my mum to play in and this book nook kit is exactly her!! She turned our dining room into a library too and if that was her real house she would have turned the closet in the primary bedroom into a hidden book nook. And yes, that is just barely enough bookcases for her vast library

This new kit seems awesome and versatile. I'm going to buy it soon. I don't know about anyone else, but I LOVE Snap's little cameos in your videos. I actually miss seeing her when she doesn't make her presence known. 😊 Now go give her some kitty cuddles.

The book room is so lovely! It reminds me of the one my grandparents have! They both collected books all their lives, and love displaying them! They also like to gift their grandchildren (of whom they have many) books from their own collection for birthdays and new years and stuff. They also always pick books they think that specific grandchild will like, sometimes with notes written in them! It's always so fun to know these books have been loved by them before and are now getting spread around the family, being loved again!

My parents are librarians, we have soooooooo many bookshelves in my house. I have three in my room, my parents have one in their room, and we have an entire library in our basement. We also have one of those long skinny windows above our fireplace in our living room!

one thing that would really add to the look (if anyone were to use this build) is a rocking chair! it could be near the fire, or you could have a couple on the front porch, or left in the kid's room from when they were young. i don't have the sims so i don't even know if there are actually rocking chairs in the game, but i just wanted to bring up the idea :)

I'm happy too, now I can attempt creating the library from Beauty and the Beast since I can't actually have that luxury of reading and being surrounded by so many books. I enjoy the two new Kits. I haven't explored using them as much, but the content I saw on your video makes me want to use the items. Your house looks nice Kayla. I have some suggestions on improving it. first I would add a rocking chair to any room with books. For the corner bookshelf, I would place a thick column to fill the corner space or place a bookshelf on and angle.
