I would actually use this house in my own gameplay.. it's actually not as expensive as I thought it would have been... I was expecting it to be in the 100K's. Most of the homes I play in are like 100-150k LMAO

lilsimsie, i absolutely love this build. at first i was really questioning it, but we really need more nice looking houses for single sims. i could think of a bunch of different people who could live here just fine. please don't feel like you have to build only family homes or homes for tons of sims! the style and look of this house is something i never knew i would like.

Honestly I generally play with a one bedroom house with one sim and sometimes a partner, so this build is perfect!

You should build a house using EVERY EP, Stuff pack , and game pack , & kit available and see how it turns out . No price tag. Just a experimental build to see if each pack truly is able to be used together .

you're great at modern houses cause you dont over decorate them. i really would love to see more of that. some of your modern builds really inspired me like the renovation of Landgraab house, modern vacation rental or even the house from that trash reality tv... it's all great and you should do more of that. also, did you know that here in Brazil the Landgraab family is renamed "Quero-Tudo-Que-É-Seu"? It basically means "Want All Of Your Things"

Kay hear me out, this is my submission for whoever lives there: Single, rich bachelor/bachelorette Spent their entire life in a self serving manner. Maybe an inventor of some sort, but no matter what it seems everything they’ve created has been for their own personal gain Anything to end up where they are now. Rich and alone Someone comes into their life, the exact polar opposite of them. Can they melt the heart of rich inventor??? No. They can’t. Or can they??? No. Their dog can though, small shaggy dog melts the heart of the lone inventor as they decide to dedicate the remainder of their life fighting for animal rights

Honestly Kayla this is my favorite house you've built. I love the pool in the back especially!! And I think it's still super useable: I usually keep a lot of my sims single or at least child free, because I'm not huge on the children in this game. And reading the comments I can see a lot of people are the same way. They have a lot of rich single sims, and this house would be perfect for them :) Its great for those rich independent sims who just need a place for themselves and don't have huge families. Or maybe, a place where a retired and successful elder couple can move to, once they're empty nesters and their kids are all grown up and moved out. I see a lot of possibilities for it, and it's really well done, and Im happy to see you branching out and having fun 💚

Cam needs a mid century lair for him an Gerald to spend their days in. With a chef's kitchen and something for Gerald. Maybe a photo wall for the fam like a nice gallery wall and lots of lair colours

sometimes i wonder if the youtube community also watches her live or explores her actual sims content,,,she truly doesnt ever seem restricted and honestly seems like shes making the content she and the majority of her fans want. tons of other people specialize in packs and cc creations, this is just what kayla chooses to make.

I really enjoy watching you build. I don't have much free time to play myself, but the majority of the sims videos that I watch nowadays are of you building stuff. I also think that the main reason you end up building so many blue suburbans is possibly because you purposefully limit the amount of stuff you allow yourself to use. I also think it would be a good idea if you ignored pack limitations more often and just built whatever you wanted. If we happen to be missing a few of the items, we can just replace them with something else, but you have all the packs, so you should use them. I love how excited you get about building, because I'm not really that creative when it comes to my builds. Also, if I used this house in one of my saves, I could imagine it as a bachelor/bachelorette pad for a young, rich CEO type sim. Maybe a married couple, that are both workaholics. I would also probably have a couple pets. I could also just add a shed in the back, with stairs to a basement area, if I really wanted them to have kids. ;) Or I could put it on a bigger lot, with the main house belonging to the parents, and the kids living in a side house.

I was so excited for platforms when it first came out but gave up on it when I thought my newlyweds' house was completed only to see that my furnished rooms needed to be redecorated again and again cause the platform kept raising itself. Platform builds are soooo gorgeous tho. This was an amazing modern build. Jaw dropping

I always super decorate my homes (clutter and decor everywhere) so sometimes even just one room can cost this much and use most of the packs lol. Don’t be so hard on yourself about small/expensive houses! Especially because you make so many that are affordable/minimal pack friendly
