Anxiety and agoraphobia slowly stole my life from me bit by bit. My mother was dying in the hospital in 2022 and I couldn't even go be by her side because it would have required me to leave my house. I've always been an anxious person, all my life. I started having panic attacks in middle school, I didn't know what they were until I was in my 20's though. It's all a very long story, but I see you. I'm so happy that you've been working on it! It's SO hard. I was getting better with weekly therapy and a lot of work in 2019, after going full on recluse and not being able to leave my house fior four years. The pandemic didn't do me any favors. I lost all progress and it got worse. I could no longer leave the second floor of my house. But I'm working on it again! I've been going to doctor appointments. I've gone grocery shopping twice with my husband! I went to visit my dad too. I haven't been able to start driving again yet, but I hope to start working on that as well. Anyway, keep your head up and moving forward

Deli started a new challenge this days, so maybe it would be nice to play that next, or maybe revamp the not so berry challenge, like a 2.0 version with other colors, trails and stuff. There is also the decades (i think) challenge, like you could start with a castle and each generation the build gets more "modern" until most contemporary style.

PLEASE make a graveyard build for your sims at the end of the not so berry challenge! You could do custom graves to match the individual sim

Deligracy has just created a tiny town challenge that might be up your alley. It's a combination of building and character challenges that I think you could really have fun with.

Speaking of haircuts and not leaving the house and anxiety, I haven’t been to a hairdresser since 2017… I just trim it myself, and going to get a cavity filled 2 weeks ago felt like climbing mount everest bc that’s how scared I was and how accomplished I felt after I did it. Anxiety is a b*tch and you driving yourself to your hair appointment is huge, you should be proud Kayla!

I have similar struggles & I've actually been trying to amp myself up to do the same. I've been cutting my own hair since the virus & i have a lot of anxiety about leaving the house myself. I had this idea of the verb challenge. Each heir is named a verb with their last name being "Ing." So Read Ing, Tinker Ing, Swim Ing, then each heir has to do whatever skill matches that name

Yup. I collect graves too! I'm on Gen 39 of Super Extended NSB. I've created a "cemetery" lot where I place all the gravestones and visit annually on "Rememberance Day." I have turned it into a Residential Rental so all my heir ghost live there too. Pretty fun aspect for me!

Going with people on outings is a huge hurtle for me depending on the place and person. I've taken many perscriptions since I was little, and had therapy for years to help, along with growing with good friends. We often spend time together alone but together. You make me feel better about everything.

it's really not "cringe" to admit to being anxious about things - or at least I don't think so. You being open about those sorts of things, especially with the platform you have, has a huge impact on your viewer base i think - people can listen to you speak about it, go "oh...she feels it too and it's okay..." and maybe feel less out of place. you're totally valid in feeling scared of whatever scares you, no matter how trivial or unnecessary that fear may seem to those around you, or those who watch your content. You're not them and vice versa - so please don't stop talking about it

I’ve done the not so berry challenge but I added a 11th generation… It’s the rebirth gen, you try bringing back your sim from the dead or make their ghost appear and stay permanently. You could even call it the “Grey gen” because it’s a grey area where you’re “dabbling with the dark arts” and the goal is to just bring back all your sims from the dead. Lol it’s interesting

I also have some anxiety stuff and going to a hairdresser was a HUGE step for me too. it was amazing to find a hairdresser in walking distance (so I don't have to drive there!) who is relatively young and understands what I want. go us :)

Accomplishing something that you find hard isn’t cringe at all❤ I always panic going out I’m slowly getting better with it though.

My absolute favourite thing about The Sims is when players dramatically recount the ridiculous events of their gameplay and acting shocked as if they didn't orchestrate all of it themselves :D I write diary entries from the perspective of my main sims every generation, and let me tell you, pretending to be SHOCKED when my sister left her infant son on my doorstep and dissapeared, as if I didn't have to manually transport him there and delete the sister from the world, was an experience :D

A nice Sims series challenge could be: Sins of Simsville Challenge. -You create a town of households each based upon the 7 deadly sins on one lot [You'll need For Rent pack]. -One extra household of which will be the owner or leader of the town. -Every household will be secretly(or not) tied to another in some dramatic way. -All the households are against eachother. -Each household/family member is trying to become the owner/leader of the town, and clearout the other households by any means.😈 -In the end, one household/Sin will rein supreme. -Occults Must be involved. -Romance, hatred, betrayal, & despair are a requirement in this Simsville😈 -All other households must be destroyed before others are moved in. -No Sim/Sin household can be cleared out by "natural means"😈 Hopefully, thats a good challenge series!!!!

As a 45 year old with anxiety, especially when it comes to doing something new, never feel embarrassed about it. There is nothing to be embaressed about and there is no such thing as a small task. I celebrate that you got your hair cut for a second time.

What you should do when the not so berry challenge ends you should have a diffrent sim buy the land or something, and get all the graves and be a gravekeeper and have a whole thing about romancing the grim reaper and like becoming so obssesed with the dead they tend to that they want to become undead themself. Idk just think that would be so cool, that could also work into the occult challenge where every generation is a diffrent occult sim

I’ve never done a legacy challenge. I don’t like playing big households, but it’s probably time to try something new in the sims after all these years. I really like the house! Green is my favourite color so this was really nice to see. I say this a lot, but you are so creative. Even all your “Blue Suburban” houses are great to look at.

I'm starting a "Challenge"/ storyline in the Sims: SuperAlien. Imagine Superman story in the Sims: alien baby is founded by farmer couple. He grows stronger and smarter then everyone else, with a strog sense of justice. He enters the journalist carrer, and goes to Strangerville, to investigate all the things happening over there, ends up saving the world (and publishing an amazing story on the news). Meanwhille, he is building a Rocket ship and exploring the universe, until he finds his homeworld, Sixam!
