@@enrique88005 It's goddamn excellent, has a strong argument for being the best movie of the year and it's definitely my personal favorite of 2023. Although the movie is slow paced and has a long runtime, you could give it a go if that doesn't bother you.

Another affirmative action awards season. Giving trophies to people who do not deserve any recognition and can not act worth beans, like Lily Gladstone. Did we not learn anything from the Claudine Gay/Harvard scandal? Stop giving things to people who did not earn it! Stop this affirmative action/diversity/political correctness! Lily Gladstone can not act to save her life. In every scene you could clearly notice that she has zero acting ability and she delivered her dialogue with zero enthusiasm. I think it’s a lock that she wins the Oscar in a landslide. Emma Stone might be her only competition but she’s already won one so the Academy won’t feel pressed to vote for Emma again. Plus as good as Emma Stone was in Poor Things, she really was not quite as captivating as Lily Gladstone in Killers of the Flower Moon.

Lily Gladstone now should enter supporting category. It's pity that she fail to win Oscar, the first ever for a Native actress. The Best Actress category this year is too strong. Both Lily Gladstone and Emma Stone's performances are terrific. But Stone's one is a little bit better. Meanwhile, the supporting category is too weak. Da'Vine's performance is not that great...

@@hectorjenkins934 why insist on turning a positive comment into something negative? I mentioned Graham Greene from Dances With Wolves as well earlier in the thread so it was on my mind too. The group of phenomenal Native American actors Costner assembled in that film was HUGE. It's arguably the best Native ensemble cast of all time. Clearly when Gladstone gave her speech and literally all of her other speeches up to this point she has the most pride in the fact that she can share the win with her people. She isn't singling anyone out and her pride in having won is inclusive to not just her people but other minorities as well. Let people be happy.
