Most people in this world are held back by limits. Whether these limits are created by societal norms, the people we choose to be a part of our lives, or even the limits we set for ourselves. These limits have been deeply engrained in our subconscious and inhibit us from seeing our true selves, reaching our full potential, and becoming our limitless self. Because of these limiting beliefs, we close our eyes to the opportunities in front of us, and close our minds to the choices that could change our lives for the better.
This meditation will help you break free from these chains and open your mind to your true self so that you can access your full potential, your limitless being.

I want to know how it came true. I listened to one of his mediation videos for about 2 months every night before bed, didn't see a difference in my overall life or mind at all :/

kitty k you listened but did you believe, because our subconscious mind has an eagle to be conditioned to whatever we have experienced in life,that's why it's good to feed the unconscious mind,have patience allow yourself to come in alignment with the present moment by showing gratitude for every step,learn to enjoy the journey and all the knowledge you gain during the process.

Thank you denise. I was doing the highest power one. I'm able to let my mind go into these trances. It seemed he was how do I say. ... unapealled or unimpressed as if I'm not meeting my full potential nor am I following our path of glory and satisfaction... Sadly but true.... I'm turning around slowly and well once time *soon break the bearer between us* I feel too join our selves whole and life in peace. I'd assume I'd any one can enlighten me on dreams in regards to coming upon wolves in your dreams. These wolves are not hunting me, yet they are on a way sizing me up. Always three and always my instincts strike immediately when they are in range in possible infliction. Infliction to do damage for my sake of survival, but when I strike they retreat in a fashion of sorrow. They do not come in aggressive nor threatening, though I feel I know a wolves nature and know there could be a chance of something good or bad. They never come back in a hunting matter. I feel almost as a calling , never a warning. Complete opposite with snakes in my dreams always an attack. I always won. Yet the wolves are off a different manner. Different indeed. Wolves travel in packs, wolves hunt for fun, wolves are in nature top of their food chain, wolves are lone. Jon

I have been diagnosed. with clinical depression I'm 59yrs. young and then through so much in those 59 years . I'm asking, wishing making it my affirmation everyday for it to go away. when it goes away I will let you know I truly believe it will like Jake says it doesn't Define who I am. I don't hold the sins of my parents. I lived through chaos as a child along with abuse mentally physically and sexually thanks to Universe for you Jake I truly believe you have saved my life.

I agree. This reminds me of my limitations...I get anxious visualizing these images. Everything holding me back. Need more work on this.

Can you put music to your mediation they are NOT POWERFUL. You need binaural beats and Isonic tones .
