#bjj #kids Lincoln has matured so much lately. His gamesmanship is top notch now. Here he glimpses at the scoreboard, engage in a successful sweep- which was the theme of last week’s training then passes the guard to solidify his win by manage the remaining time left and risks.

qué lindo y hermoso ver a los niños haciendo algo positivo cómo es esté precioso deporte oh cualquier otro porqué todos son muy buenos tanto para niños cómo para niñas sin drogas sin alcohol sin tableta sin videojuegos sin celular éso es y será siempre sana diversión tanto para niños cómo para niñas además están aprendiendo tecnica para su defensa personal y éso tiene mucho mérito niños los amo

Congrats to all the kids! They showed so much courage and respect. My 10yr old son and 4 of his buddies just did their first non-sanctioned tournament and are addicted to competing now. Hope to see you at the events soon.

Im going to compete in my 1st comp on the 18/11/23 so I'm doing a lot of sparing up in my gym to help me prepare

Why did the ref stop the triangle?

International Federation safety rules for children- the referee taps out for them when they believe the child is reaching his/her limit which could result in them to get injured.

@@jiu-jitsu so they tap them out, but they let the match keep going? Thanks by the way I'm about to put my kids in a tournament so I'm curious about how all these rules are going to work

Yup i got same question. Triangle is allowed in kid bjj tournaments I don't know what happend. It is forbidden to pull down the head but u can triangle your opponent, weird thing but excellent Match for both. You can listenf his coach yell triangle but the referee i don't what he saw
