As always lulu. A joy to watch your informative videos … we saw an ancient linden tree thought to be over a thousand years old on an island with a convent that dated back to the 14 hundreds in Germany so very impressive ….the nuns also still actively make herbal liquors from their herbals garden and now o wonder if they use the linden in their secret recipe ?? we do have linden trees here in the south although I’ve never actively looked for one NOW I will do so … fresh is best when harvested and you know how it was harvested when you do it yourself I have used Frontier in the past very happy with their products thank you for sharing stay blessed

A girl from PR told me to take it for hair loss and relaxation. It didn't help my hair loss but what a great night sleep I get when I take it. A full 8 hours and wake so rested. I can't live without it. I'm hope to plant a linden tree in my yard.

You can buy Linden trees from nurseries online.

I believe so, however, they will be very small and no guarantee that it will survive.

Hi Lilia. I learned so much from this video. You're a natural at teaching with such a pleasant delivery! Anyway, I have a question about harvesting the flowers. At what stage should I harvest. The flowers are not in bloom all that long and I've read conflicting information. Should they be freshly opened (week one) or starting to dry (week two)? Thank you so much.

I wonder linden can survive in a tropical country. I love tea, specially Lipton tea, they have more improve varient fusion tea that's why I searched in Google and yt.

Absolutely you can, however, the medicinal benefits may be decreased.
