It's a tiny department and it works on a case by case basis so they'd only get involved if it was a very popular content creator getting large amounts of frivolous takedown notices, like what happened with Jim. Or now with Lindsay, for that matter. If Cain had tried this two years ago, Lindsay's video would have probably been unceremoniously booted off the platform.
