So today I want to talk about my patient Allison. Allison is a 40-year-old female patient and she has a front tooth that's been pushed back into cross bite because of a narrower upper jaw. So with Allison because she's an executive professional, having a treatment that was completely invisible was very important to her. She gives a lot of presentations, does a lot of meetings and things like that. She can’t possibly go into a meeting having braces when she smiles and speaks. So here you can see the situation. Basically, the tooth that bothers her the most is that one there, the lateral incisor which has been pushed back. And so what we did for her was we utilize lingual braces. lingual braces is a solution that's not visible at all from the outside, but it's much better than a removable option such as Invisalign or a removable expanders, and those types of treatments. So her situation didn't really allow for Invisalign because we needed to correct that crossbite also because we needed a lot of expansion of the upper jaw. So here you can see the before and after effect of the treatment, which we've done. The upper jaw was very narrow to begin with. And because of that, we have all this misalignment. And then here we've achieved some expansion, and that's allowed us then to correct all of the alignment both in the top and the bottom jaw. And this is what the treatment looks like. So you can see internally, we have a lingual braces system and looking at it from the outside, there's not really any visible element of the treatment. So I think we got a pretty good result for Allison and she was very happy because no one ever knew that she was going through treatment.
