Great voice but he sang from the heart and that’s why he touched so many hearts. Most musicians sing for the fame, Chester sang from the heart and for the hearts of anyone who listened

This life is crazy. One amazing soul who has saved so many could not save his own. Just hoping he is at ease in a much better place. He deserves that. This soulful version of Battle Symphony really stands out. Chester was a warrior who fought his illness like a beast. If you even think someone is struggling please do all you can to offer support. You might be the difference.

I have been battling depression for years now it feels like I'm fighting a battle against myself that I fear I can not win the thing that keeps me going is the people around me who care and knowing if I ever left like Chester did that it would hurt them so bad I could not do that to my family and friends, the only thing I can hope is that somehow I can help someone not hurt like me

a person's lifelong struggle with depression with feelings of pain. In the lyrics of the song, it is told that the people he loves also always help him to get out of depression, and lift him up mentally to get out of depression. But it couldn't be helped, depression was also hard to cure, and when night fell, when people turned off the lights, he ended up being reminded of his depression again and again. What we can learn from the song The true winner is not someone who can beat others, but can beat himself. In the lyrics of the song, we seem to be taught that depression is supposed to be fought, even though fighting it is also very difficult. This song also seems to emphasize those of us who feel prolonged depression, to fight against that depression in order to survive another day against ourselves.

I got a long way to go And a long memory I've been searching for an answer Always just out of reach Blood on the floor Sirens repeat I've been searching for the courage To face my enemies When they turn down the lights I hear my battle symphony All the world in front of me If my armor breaks I'll fuse it back together Battle symphony Please just don't give up on me And my eyes are wide awake For my battle symphony For my battle symphony They say that I don't belong Say that I should retreat That I'm marching to the rhythm Of a lonesome defeat But the sound of your voice Puts the pain in reverse No surrender, no illusions And for better or worse When they turn down the lights I hear my battle symphony All the world in front of me If my armor breaks I'll fuse it back together Battle symphony Please just don't give up on me And my eyes are wide awake If I fall, get knocked down Pick myself up off the ground If I fall, get knocked down Pick myself up off the ground When they turn down the lights I hear my battle symphony All the world in front of me If my armor breaks I'll fuse it back together Battle symphony Please just don't give up on me And my eyes are wide awake For my battle symphony For my battle symphony

I've been watching every interview I can find with him on - past and recent. I've just booked in for a tattoo of LP - One more light with the mental health awarness wristband. I feel it will be the only think that can help me move on. My heart hurts

Lacey Reilly i've been doing the same thing. I can't stop watching the videos and the interviews. I feel like I lost a family member. Nobody understands. I guess cause I'm a bit older… I'm 53 years young. It's nice to have somebody to commiserate with. Hoping you find peace, Lacey

If he could keep going with all of the pain he had in his early life, I could keep going with all the pain in my adult life. That was so sweet at the end, the way Mike was just like, "Nice, dude!" and got up to hug Chester. It is so cute how much Mike genuinely loved and acknowledged Chester's talent. And to be honest, they both do it with one another. They just loved the shit out of each other as musicians and friends. They always jumped at every opportunity to go out of their way to praise one another. Always lifting each other up.
