Does this still work in 2021? I want to buy the Homey, but I've hear the 5.0 update has broken Somfy RTS support.

Homey is already on firmware 7. Still working..

What kind of somfy motor do you have used?

I only know it is a Somfy Venetian motor.. not sure of the model name...

Can it control blinds in other room, different from where the Homey is?

Yes. Is is RF so can reach other rooms..
