दूसरे states के विद्यार्थियों को बता दिया करें कि bilingual में हिंदी मे जो लिखा है वही अंग्रेज़ी मे भी है उन्हें शायद लगा होगा हिंदी और अंग्रेजी मे अलग अलग चीज लिखी है तो जो हिन्दी में लिखा है वो उसे समझ नहीं पाएंगे केवल अंग्रेज़ी वाला समझेंगे तो आधा ही समझेंगे
