First draft bill prepared in 1870 by first law commission, send to select draft committe in 1877 ,redrafted by II law comm, which was finally finalized by 3rd law comm. This final draft and amendments passed on 17.2.82 and came in force from 1.7.1982.

The Anchor fixed to the land in order to stop the movement of a ship is movable or immovable property ? Because jo example hai usme dono example or krke likhe hue hai and dono ka ek sath hi likha hua hai 'are not things attached to earth'.

Sir your manner of giving Lecture is good and the article in this video is explained in a good way... But one thing was wrongly explained in the video... The Anchor of Ship (Moveable property) is moveable property The Anchor of Suspension Bridge (used to facilitate traffic at a fixed place) is immoveable property.

Sir, Anchor to stop ship is not immovable property. But an Anchor that hold a “suspension bridge” is immovable property.
