prectical or theortical me bahut anar he kabhi jana court. examination or witnesses ka real motive witness ko hostile karna hota he. or hostile ka matalab sirf (पक्षध्रोही) nhi hota..🙄🙄chief examination karte time 161 ke statment tak hi simit rehna padta he.. evidence me likhi he ye bat..?
