While the prl is great and all, the handcannon is still my favorite out of the special weapons. Still gotta aim with it. Plus you can use it for multiple reasons. it's the only one that can be bought without upgrades, so you can get it for bosses only, or you can get it to use throughout the game, customizing the firepower or capacity as you see fit, and ammo can be super rare like magnum ammo, or pretty common. Or you can just max it out and get that sweet 99.9 firepower per shot and infinite ammo and go around popping heads. Powerful but balanced if you want it to be.

Always hated the Giant Salvador. What with the sounds they make.

Prl 412: The PRL 412 (Plaga Removal Laser 412) is a very strong weapon, it is only effective to a enemy that is infected by Las Plagas. You can unlock this weapon by completing the main story mode on professional, you also unlock heart of steel as a extra award.

When I unlocked that gun, it made it too easy. Plus it always irritated me whenever I didn’t get 100% accuracy since the gun can shoot in all directions.

In the Ps2 version it only shoots 1 laser which really sucks and too slow to charge that's why I preferred the Handcannon over this weapon.
