Feels good to be back watching these beautiful videos. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer on April 24, and died within a month of diagnosis. Life can change in an instant, but it is good to be able to view these beautiful lions and feel the joy thst emulates from their spirit. God Bless You, Kevin.

I just love her , so majestic and regal , she looks so healthy beautiful creature.

Meg is such a sweet gentle lioness. She reminds me of the relationship Elsa had with the Adamson in Kenya in the '60s. Joy used to marvel on how she was delicately retracting her claws touching her skin when they hug together. From her cubwood to a mature lioness belonging to the wild and mating with wild lions but returning to camp regularly to her humans, even when she could fend for herself. (Many amazing photos of those times). Surely they feel who is vulnerable as females handle their cubs so gently too. Surely animals have emotions. Thank you for this sequence👍

I agree with you Kavin at the answer of Josh's question. I am from India. Here our government has taken initiatives for conservation of wild lions in Gir forest ( Gujarat) which is the only habitat of lions in India and now the number of lions in Gir is increasing in a good rate. And I am very happy to tell you that there is almost 17% increase in wild lions have been shown in this year which is about 100 lions🦁🦁🦁🦁😇😇😇

Kevin i know exactly what you're talking about. I have a 6 year old silver lab and two cats. I will get up and move around the house and they all follow. I wouldn't want it any other way but when you have those connection with animals it will follow you for life. Thank you so much for sharing with us.

As if she understood word by word what you were explaining to us, she was looking straight into that camera, saying, “You all know I am his favorite, I know he has to do that but look at us, he’s my guy, I’m his girl. Or why else did he crate the #askMeg? He, he, he?” I know Kevin, you love them all, and always feel special for the one you are with at the moment. The love Kevin has for these big cats and vice versa is a beautiful thing to witness.

I think that connection is largely about frequency and pheromones. You just feel so instantly relaxed and alive with some animals as they give you what you need on an energy level. And happily it seems to work in reverse, they can"t get enough love from you 😻

Must be hard to live with a disability like Kevin’s....Going through life with a pair of Jupiter size titanium balls must be incredibly difficult. I know that he has a thorough understanding of these animals and shares a bond with them, but this man bravery is eclipsed by nothing. 👊😎

Given that lions generally live between 10-14 years of age, it’s pretty cool that Meg is in reasonably good health currently at around 18 years old. I guess there may be a slight difference between lions in the wild and in captivity but still that’s a real credit to Kev and his team as his lions kind of have the best of both worlds.

The joy and love between Kev and his lion friends makes me feel so happy! It’s so beautiful, they’re so blessed to have each other ❤️
