I don't think we will ever see a more feared and complete player, especially 1 who is also such a team player and 1 that even when kicked, pushed and even put to the floor will rather keep going than call for a foul, he plays like it's a kick around with some mates. The thing that makes Messi stand out the most is he makes top class players look like children also crushes players and managers souls and make them want to give up.

I'm from Barcelona, I've never been a big fan of soccer but I did like to enjoy when the Barcelona soccer club signed unique players who played beautifully and made you blow your mind, Ronaldinho, Romario, Rivaldo, etc. They were all geniuses, but watching Messi grow and play, you knew he was going to be the best of all time and he really seemed from another world. Neuer just went for the ball and hit the ball first. and hitting Higuaín was just part of the mechanics of the jump.
